  4. Undoubtedly condition is too much serious as the Modi and yogi sir are not interested to provide information to the information seekers. It is most unfortunate that not a single point information is being provided by the government functionaries in the state of Uttar Pradesh. It seems that Right to Information act 2005 has been Hijacked by the the corrupt public functionaries in the state. Think about the gravity of situation above 700 wrongdoer Public Information Officers were panelized with the pecuniary penalty of rupees 25000 but it is unfortunately the recovery could not be done which is the reflection of the failure of the government machinery but they are reaping the benefit of the innocence of citizenry in the state.

  5. we need a good governance which is only possible through the provisions of Right to Information act 2005 as it has been proved fact that our public functionaries are too much corrupt they only think about their own selfish motives instead of thinking about the the interest of the country so it is obligation of every citizen of this country to use the tool given by our constitution Right to Information act 2005.
