Subject- Private practice of the government doctors and doctors of community health centres at private Nursing Homes and medical stores and on the complaint, no action is taken by chief medical officer Mirzapur.
Please take a glance of enquiry officer/Deputy chief medical officer report dated 09/04/2018 based on which submitted grievance was disposed of by the concerned. Ipso facto obvious that taken up matter is concerned with the unauthorized practice of the government doctors at private Nursing Homes and at various medical stores and writing prescriptions at the slips of Nursing Homes and medical stores as the practice of government doctors has been declared illegal by the state government consequently such practice is unauthorized and doctors indulged in such illegal practice are liable to be subjected under appropriate proceedings of law of land. As usual, Chief Medical Officer nominated one of the subordinates as enquiry officer and both already prejudiced to submitted grievance as the allegations made against the fellow doctors, reached at following illogical conclusion as follows- As the complainant made no allegations against any specific doctor or any specific nursing homes so it is not feasible to carry out the enquiry into the matter. Consequently, chief medical officer already prejudiced to complaint deemed fit to close the case even when the raised matter is serious and concerned with the wide public interest. Think about the gravity of situation that on one side of the screen, the government invites public-spirited people to disclose the wrongdoing being committed by the public staffs with the terms and conditions that name of the whistleblowers will not be disclosed in the public domain but now concerned are more interested in hatching conspiracy to divide and rule. According to them, I may go at loggerheads with the local medical stores and nursing homes and they may enjoy luxuries. Whether registered medical stores and nursing homes in the office of the chief medical officer, can’t publish at the main gate that no government doctor is allowed to practise here as private practice of government doctors is banned by the government in the public interest.
This is a humble request of the applicant to you Hon’ble Sir that it can never be justified to overlook the rights of the citizenry by delivering the services in an arbitrary manner by floating all set up norms. This is the sheer mismanagement which is encouraging wrongdoers to reap the benefit of loopholes in the system and depriving poor citizens of the right to justice. Therefore, it is the need of the hour to take concrete steps in order to curb grown anarchy in the system. For this, your applicant shall ever pray you, Hon’ble Sir.
                                                  Yours sincerely

Whether the government has banned the private practice of the government? This rule has been framed to take bribe from doctors of the government who are doing powder practice not to stop the private practice of the doctors. The fact is that actually government is not interested to curb the private practice of government doctors however its public functionaries are interested to take bribe from those private practice doctors. I think that it is not a good governance but an anarchy.
