श्री मान जी भारत संचार निगम लिमिटेड को सर्विस देनी है तो सही ढंग से सर्विस दे नही तो पेमेंट वापस कर दे जितना सर्विस दिया है उसका पैसा काट ले | कई दिनों से आज कल कब नेटवर्क स्लो हो जाएगा पता ही नही चलता और एडमिन पैनल से वेबसाइट से एरर बताने लगता है लेकिन इन अयोग्यो को यह समझ में नही आ सकता है क्यों की इतने स्वार्थी है की सेल्फ सेंटर्ड सोच से ऊपर निकल ही नही सके | एक तरफ से भारत सरकार विदेशो से कोरोना ला कर देश में कोरोना फैला दिया दूसरी ओर इनके मातहत जगह जगह परेशानी पैदा कर दिए है | सोचिये भारत संचार निगम लिमिटेड की सर्विस नेटवर्क स्पीड टेस्ट में ख़राब बता रहा है और उसी समय एयरटेल की सर्विस अच्छी चल रही है | कोई अपनी वेबसाइट थोड़ी बर्बाद करेगा भारत संचार निगम लिमिटेड की सर्विस यूज़ करके |

The matter is concerned with the poor network speed of service provider B.S.N.L. on the mobile number of the applicant as 9794760348 which is quite obvious from the attached screenshot in PDF form to the representation. Applicant paid the B.S.N.L. company Rs.998 through the Amazon online shopping to purchase its internet pack quite obvious from the attached document to the representation. I coordinate my website through my Laptop and the sim of B.S.N.L. is used through a dongle and such feeble speed of network creates errors on the website. Such dealings of B.S.N.L. not only causing physical trouble but also mental trauma. Nowadays service of the B.S.N.L. is worst so if they are not interested to provide the services they must refund the amount aforementioned paid to redeem the services.

A consumer has paid services then he must be provided services according to purchase but it seems that Bharat Sanchar Nigam Limited has forgot entire ethical values and searching the path to amass huge wealth through corrupt practices. Now we have to think about it that whether consumer rights of the citizenry are safe in this largest democracy in the world if not why?

Now a days services of of the Bharat Sanchar Nigam Limited are of 3rd grade but it is unfortunate that they are not taking any action on the complaint of the consumers. Here this question arises that why Bharat Sanchar Nigam Limited not controlling the violation of consumer rights which is creating mismanagement in the department.

Government is inviting the bids to auction the properties of the Bharat Sanchar Nigam Limited and this responsibility is given to private consultancy firm. Whether Modi is not selling the country slowly and slowly. Whether it is honesty that first create mismanagement to create negative thoughts in the mind of citizenry regarding public infrastructure and then sell it such is the policy of Narendra Modi.
