Grievance Description : Here this question arises that when delivery of registered letter will be done to Central Public Information Officer of High court of Judicature at Allahabad by the staffs of postal department of Government of India? What is cause of delay, may be cryptic ,must be explained by the concerned in the interest of justice. With due respect your applicant wants to draw the kind attention of the Hon’ble Sir to the following submissions as follows. 1-It is submitted before the Hon’ble Sir that following is the latest track result from the website of postal department of the registered letter sent by your applicant to Central Public Information Officer of High court of Judicature at Allahabad in order to comply the advice of central information commission. Whether this is not lackadaisical approach of postal department showing incompetency of its staff. Why more result in tracking is not available on the website if letter is not delivered still. 3-It is submitted before the Hon’ble Sir that whether any conspiracy is being hatched with this registered letter by colluding with the staffs of High court of judicature. Hon’ble Sir please take a glance records attached with this representation. This is humble request of your applicant to you Hon’ble Sir that It can never be justified to overlook  the rights of citizenry by delivering services in arbitrary manner by floating all set up norms. This is sheer mismanagement which is encouraging wrongdoers to reap benefit of loopholes in system and depriving poor citizens from right to justice. Therefore it is need of hour to take concrete steps in order to curb grown anarchy in the system. It is proved fact that in country like India no one is alike before the law although it is written in our Constitution that every one is alike before the law of land and will have equal protection of law but actually there is rampant corruption in our system so file moves without greasing palm of concerned and no order is passed without unlawful dealings behind the screen. Think about the gravity of situation that the bureaucrat who superseded the order of court did not submit the counter affidavit before the court even after 8 years but court don't want to reveal the status as it will lower the dignity of court in the eyes of public. Most junior officer DIOS submit the counter affidavit who is not necessary party in the matter. Five writs were filed in the high court in order to seek justice by the justice seeker.
