Mr. Chief Manager S.B.I. when you had already charged commission during each transaction how this huge commission in the name of citrus payment solutions. Right to reason is our fundamental right which  is the reflection of well organised and healthy system that its action may be reasoned but you deducted arbitrarily the commission from my account .You have provided nothing feedback which may justify your stand and my stand is still proved through substantial evidences.

Dear Sir,
In terms of your above mentioned complaint, we have to advise that you are habitual to use un- parliamentary language against the Bank, it is not acceptable to us. Bank’s service charges are uniform and available in Public domain. Bank never charge discriminately from its customers and public in general.
It is presumed that Rs.413.80 has been debited against transaction made by you personally, through internet banking using “Citrus Payment Solutions of India” platform with INB ID & password. If anything contrary of the above, you may report it separately to enable us to do needful accordingly.

According to receipt of online transaction, state bank of India had to deliver the D.D. At the specified address within five working days but it is unfortunate that they breached the trust of your applicant which not only lowered the dignity of State Bank of India but also caused great damage to your applicant.

R.T.I. Fee payment through demand draft paid to Registrar General ,High Court, Allahabad, details as R.T.I. Communique and receipt along with the letter of CPIO ,High court of judicature at Allahabad is attached with this representation in PDF form.

2-It is submitted before the Hon’ble Sir that how can it be legitimate that payment which was to be processed cum delivered within five working days still awaiting deliveryWhether consumer rights of citizenry are safe under the management of such tyrants. Whether such dereliction is not overlooking the basic rights and reflection of sheer insolence  of concerned staffs .

Whether the amount deposited after demonetization of currency by your applicant will be looted by the state bank of India in this way. Few days ago , state bank of India had looted Rs. 59 from account in the name of intercity chargess.  Reason is customer service centre was closed by its lady branch manager arbitrarily where aforesaid jan dhan account  was opened by your applicant so your applicant deposited the demonetized currency to the branch Lalganj Mirzapur of state bank of India and in the name of non home branch ,illegal charges were levied on your applicant  . 
  2. 2-It is submitted before the Hon’ble Sir that our great prime minister Sir is promoting non cash payment like brand ambassador of Banking institutions and premium banking institution state bank of India is looting its consumers in the name of various service charges like citrus payment solutions.
  3. 3-It is submitted before the Hon’ble Sir that it is bitter truth that our public functionaries itself making mockery of rule of law but in the name of curbing rampant corruption in the government machinery,innocent  common citizenry is targeted to divert the attention of people from real issues.  Here state bank of India must provide the detail reason of deduction and transactions on which charges levied.
