Grievance Description : More than three times huge bill is being served to consumers arbitrarily and when usage data is being sought under transparency act being not provided.B.S.N.L. Mirzapur has made available three times the actual bill and when your applicant invited the kind attention of G.M.T.D. Mirzapur, then instead of adopting logistic approach in order to redress the submitted grievance he delivered the sermons as follows. Mirzapur must look into the facts into the submissions of complainant. First he must think that he is public servant not master. 2-It is submitted before the Hon’ble Sir that according to G.M.T.D. Mirzapur, your applicant must see the bill but for his kind information when his CPIO will provide the sought information as sought by your applicant under subsection 1 of section 6 Right to Information Act , then your applicant will scrutinize the bill. 3-It is submitted before the Hon’ble Sir that please take a glance of attached PDF Document which contains previous bills not containing so huge usage charges ,how this time it reached multiple times high. Whether it is natural .Most unfortunate is that after getting so huge salary from public exchequer not serving the public properly .Whether such working style is justified. This is humble request of your applicant to you Hon’ble Sir that It can never be justified to overlook the rights of citizenry by delivering services in arbitrary manner by floating all set up norms. This is sheer mismanagement which is encouraging wrongdoers to reap benefit of loopholes in system and depriving poor citizens from right to justice.   1. Hon'ble Sir please take a glance of attached PDF Document which contains previous bills not containing so huge usage charges ,how this time it reached multiple times high. Whether it is natural .Most unfortunate is that after getting so huge salary from public exchequer not serving the public properly .Whether such working style is justified. Fifth S.T.D. call was made on 26/02/2017 at 04:06:17 PM DURING the period of unlimited free calls as this call was made on Sunday. Sixth S.T.D. call was made on 26/02/2017 at 05:19:13 PM DURING the period of unlimited free calls as this call was made on Sunday.
