Although on Mobile number-9919736994 of IDEA Company ,3-G data is purchased but when your consumer connects the sim with Laptop through IDEA 3-G modem ,initially surfing is fast but just after few minutes service is suddenly disconnected and when your consumer again connects ,then only 2-G is service is available to your consumer.

With due respect your applicant wants to draw the kind attention of the Hon’ble Sir to the following submissions as follows.
1-It is submitted before the Hon’ble Sir that when the disconnection takes place ,it is too much irritating and what ever process is remained underway immediately stopped and same process is to resume again as a fresh . Whether it is justified.
2-It is submitted before the Hon’ble Sir that if it is not feasible to provide 3-G services on my modem then please provide your applicant only 2-G service. I don’t mind it whether company is providing 2-G or 3-G services but most important thing for me that surfing must not be so slow that no page be opened.
