It is most unfortunate that today is 10-Aug-2020 but they did not redress the grievance as they made the promise quite obvious from the e-mail.

Think about the earlier assurance of the company which had assured to dispose of the grievance by 10-Aug-2020 but what is cause of this procrastination.

From the post it is quite obvious that concerned Insurance Company through its agent who is the assistant manager of the Axis Bank only misled the consumer cum customer as they had assured that after maturity they will provide more than 13 lakh to the insurance holder but entire thing proved act of cheating when the documents were provided to the the insurance holder. What is the cause of dilly dayling approach of the insurance company concerned?

Earlier company staffs sought time up to 10-Aug-2020 to complete the action in the matter and now they have sought more time which means in a simple and straight matter, they are creating complexity to achieve ulterior design.
