Honble Sir –Matter is concerned with the data centre Lucknow of Uttar Pradesh Power Corporation Limited Honble Sir may be pleased to take a glance at the report of executive engineer Electricity Distribution Division II Mirzapur dated-19-April-2018 letter number-1422 addressed to the applicant Aforementioned report was submitted by respected executive engineer Electricity Distribution Division II in order get disposed of the grievance number-40019918004084 submitted by the applicant as data centre Lucknow is not cooperating consequently grievance could not be resolved entirely but disposal remained partial Highlights of the grievance are as follows 1-On the part of Executive Engineer Electricity Distribution Division II, according to the online application for new electricity connection, ACID has generated which detail is ACID-2705347821 2-In the computer system of the Uttar Pradesh Power Corporation Limited, amount of processing fees is not showing and in order to get this issue fixed, on 17-April-2018 complaint number-SD71863 was made by the office of respected executive engineer Electricity Distribution Division II Mirzapur but counter response remained zero Earlier complaint number-713617 was made but the reluctant approach was taken by the concerned staffs of the Uttar Pradesh Power Corporation Limited concerned with the data centre Lucknow 3-It is submitted before the Honble Sir that think about the gravity of the situation that when the request of local unit is taken reluctantly, then think about the performance in regard to matters given directly them in order to process Here it is a question of great concern that why the account of processing fees is not displaying on the Website of Uttar Pradesh Power Corporation Limited which is the sole responsibility of data centre Lucknow of Uttar Pradesh Power Corporation Limited

Hon’ble Sir –Matter is concerned with the data centre Lucknow of Uttar Pradesh Power Corporation Limited. Hon’ble Sir may be pleased to take a glance at the report of executive engineer Electricity Distribution Division II Mirzapur dated-19-April-2018 letter number-1422 addressed to the applicant. Aforementioned report was submitted by respected executive engineer Electricity Distribution Division II in order get disposed of the grievance number-40019918004084 submitted by the applicant as data centre Lucknow is not cooperating consequently grievance could not be resolved entirely but disposal remained partial.
Highlights of the grievance are as follows.
1-On the part of Executive Engineer Electricity Distribution Division II, according to the online application for new electricity connection, ACID has generated which detail is ACID-2705347821.
2-In the computer system of the Uttar Pradesh Power Corporation Limited, amount of processing fees is not showing and in order to get this issue fixed, on 17-April-2018 complaint number-SD71863 was made by the office of respected executive engineer Electricity Distribution Division II Mirzapur but counter response remained zero.  This is a humble request of your applicant to you Hon’ble Sir that It can never be justified to overlook the rights of the citizenry by delivering services in an arbitrary manner by floating all set up norms. This is sheer mismanagement which is encouraging wrongdoers to reap the benefit of loopholes in the system and depriving poor citizens of the right to justice. Therefore it is need of the hour to take concrete steps in order to curb grown anarchy in the system. For this, your applicant shall ever pray you, Hon’ble Sir.
