Current Status CASE CLOSED, Your Feedback Poor, Date of Action 17 Apr 2017 Details REPORT RECEIVED FROM THE CONCERN SERVICE PROVIDER IS ATTACHED FOR PERSUAL AND INFORMATION PLEASE Kindly give your feedback in PG Portal. Subject –Security deposit still not refunded by the concerned staff of B.S.N.L. Mirzapur. With due respect, your applicant wants to draw the kind attention of the Hon’ble Sir to the following submissions as follows. 1-It is submitted before the Hon’ble Sir that whether they have refunded the security deposit if not how grievance may be considered as redressed. 2-It is submitted before the Hon’ble Sir that it seems that concerned didn’t take the perusal of submissions made in aforementioned grievance which explicitly manifesting that applicant made repeated request in the regard of refund but still refund was not made. 3-It is submitted before the Hon’ble Sir that whether concerned staffs will overlook collection of levied charges on consumers as they are showing lackadaisical approach in case of refund of security deposit. 4-It is submitted before the Hon’ble Sir that communication dated 13-04-2017 is a part of procrastination of concerned staffs of the B.S.N.L. Mirzapur. Whether such a meager amount can’t be paid at the level of G.M.T.D. Mirzapur? What was being done by them when your applicant made repeated round of Angarh B.S.N.L Mirzapur office? This is humble request of your applicant to you Hon’ble Sir that It can never be justified to overlook the rights of citizenry by delivering services in arbitrary manner by floating all set up norms. This is sheer mismanagement which is encouraging wrongdoers to reap benefit of loopholes in system and depriving poor citizens from right to justice. Therefore it is need of hour to take concrete steps in order to curb grown anarchy in the system. For this your applicant shall ever pray you Hon’ble Sir.
