Whetherstate bank of India don’t inform about the commission to customer which is arbitrarily deducted from the account of customers on registered mobile number of customer.

This transaction was also performed in the same manner by the bank’sstaffs  in the account of your applicant without informing the account holder on his registered mobile number . This is obligatory duty of bank to inform about each transaction to account holder and those transactions done by bank as its prerogative must be intimated to account holder with reason.

 .This transaction was alsoperformed in the same manner by the bank’s staffs  in the account of your applicant without informing the account holder on his registered mobile number . This isobligatory duty of bank to inform about each transaction to account holder and those transactions done by bank as its prerogative must be intimated to account holder with reason. Hon’ble Sir may be pleased to take a glance of attached documents with this representation.
                            This is humble request of your applicant to you Hon’ble Sir that Itcan never be justified to overlook  the rights of citizenry by delivering services in arbitrary manner by floating all set up norms. This is sheer mismanagement which is encouraging wrongdoers to reap benefit of loopholes in system and depriving poor citizens from right to justice.   1. बड़े आश्चर्य की बात है की यहां अग्रसारित तो तुरंत हो जाता है किन्तु व्यथा निवारण में वर्षों गुजर जाता है न्याय शब्द उच्चारण जितनी आसानी से होता है उतना ही कठिन है न्याय प्राप्त करना इस देश में | यह वह देश है जहा लोक कर्मचारी बड़ी आसानी से अपने गलत कार्यो की सत्य जैसी व्याख्या करता है और स्वीकार न करने पर सामने वाले पर कुपित होता है |यहा सुशाशन सुशासन चिल्लाने वाला सब से बड़ा कुशासक होता है |यहाँ न्याय प्राप्त करना जंगली बत्तख खोजने जैसा है |

  2. Whether state bank of India is playing dubious role by deducting illegally money from account of account holders. If on website it has been mentioned that bank charges zero/nil then why concerned branch of state bank of India debited the amount from account which is sheer illegal and unjustified.
