Hon’ble Sir undoubtedly the matter is concerned with the syphoning of the public fund concerned with the Swachchh Bharat Mission by the staffs of Lalganj Block but more surprising is that D.P.R.O. Mirzapur neither provided the sought information nor made any correspondence regarding R.T.I. Communique and you Hon’ble Sir known as most credible staff at the district level overlooked the first appeal submitted under under subsection 1 of section 19 of Right to Information Act 2005 and subsequent correspondences made by the applicant also taken reluctantly by you Hon’ble Sir. But now matter will be dealt by an information commissioner of impeccable integrity who is known to be as commissioner taking Harsh action against erring public information officers so D.P.R.O. Mirzapur will be automatically serious and outcome will be soon visible.
Hon’ble Sir this appeal consists of 15 pages which may be served to D.P.R.O. Mirzapur so that every thing may be in his cognizance before the notice of the Hon’ble commission.

Most revered Sir –Your applicant invites the kind attention of Hon’ble Sir with due respect to following submissions as follows.

1-It is submitted before the Hon’ble Sir that Here this question arises that why no action was taken by District Magistrate Mirzapur on the first appeal of information seeker ipso facto obvious that his office received the letter/communication on 29/10/2018.
It seems that the government of Uttar Pradesh threw the Right to Information Act 2005 into the dustbin. Whether the government is not shielding the wrongdoers who have syphoned the entire fund concerned with cleanly drive mission of the government of India.

Both are senior rank officers and having no regard to provisions to transparency act.
Whether aforementioned provision was not violated by the DPRO Mirzapur and D.M. Mirzapur not cooperated him by sitting on the R.T.I. Appeal made under subsection 1 of section 19 of the Right to Information Act 2005?

Undoubtedly the matter is concerned with the swachh Bharat mission an ambitious programme initiated by the Prime Minister Narendra Modi. The actual position of the mission is that most of the toilets are made only on papers and when the enquiry is made by the public spirited people, Either concerned public functionaries are seated on these representations or do not take any action and these representations on flimsy ground. Here this question arises that if the concerned public functionaries are honest then why they are not taking any action in providing the sought information to the information seeker?
