How the matter concerned with the security of the online transactions may be referred to branch office? They must update the software so that the frequent failure of transactions may be avoided.

On one side of screen, state bank of India is the premium banking institution of this largest democracy in the world and claims to provide quality in services but what about the claim if transactions are frequently failed. It is most unfortunate that now the staff of state bank of India is articulating that he is not understanding the text of the grievance which is quite expected as in order to understand the grievance they had to command the language and have sharp mind.

Those staffs can never be beneficial to neither public authority nor citizens if he or she incompetent but now a days only those are appointed for against the advertised vacancies who have approach in the government machinery. Such unethical practice must be stopped in the wide public interest. Growing unemployment must be curbed at any cost. Now a days there is enormous increase in the salaries of the working staffs in the public sectors but mass scale exploitation in the private sector. Government must establish the equilibrium between the people working in private sector and the public sector so that deaths because of hunger could be stopped. Since our public functionaries specially political masters are too much cunning and illiterates so they can not think positively on this real issue of the public interest.
