CPIO cryptically denied the sought information in the name of Third party information.
FAA supported the arbitrary, unconstitutional and Harsh decision of CPIO blindly without thinking about the outcome and illegality of the report.

How the human rights are protected in this largest democracy in the world where widow of 64 years old is deprived of the pension of her husband arbitrarily?

An application under article 51 A of the constitution of India in order to seek justice for a senior woman citizen belonging to weaker and downtrodden section. To Hon’ble chief justice of India Supreme court of India New Delhi
Subject-Concerned public authority Employees Provident Fund Organization may be directed to provide the pension of the revered old lady without any delay and more procrastination.
According to CPIO -To seek information in regard to the processing of the aforementioned representation which was sent by the applicant itself is the third party information.
Reply of the Appellant-How can it be the third party information if the representation made by the appellant itself and appellant is seeking information in regard to his own representation? Under Right to Information Act 2005, third party information is not provided if the third party has objection in providing the sought information if disclosure of information may adversely impact the interest of third party but even that information can be provided to information seeker if information commission deems it fit that in larger public interest such information may come in the public domain, then even third party information can’t be withheld by the CPIO from providing the sought information to information seeker.
Here information seeker is itself the applicant who submitted the application under article 51 A of the constitution of India under the good faith of the aggrieved lady, how can he be deprived of sought information in the name of the third party information? Aggrieved lady may be also set to appear before the commission if commission deems it fit in the interest justice in order to proceed against CPIO and FAA.
Sought information- CPIO may provide the information as follows. 1-Notings on the e-mail representation dated- 12 November 2018 at 22:50 of the applicant cum information seeker attached with this R.T.I. Communique.2-Name and designation of the staffs processing the aforementioned E-mail. 3-Communications detail exchanged in regard to the aforementioned e-mail. 4-Duration taken to resolve the grievance of the aggrieved lady and current status.
Contents of the appeal- Sir undoubtedly CPIO denied the sought information in the name of third party information and applicant was satisfied because he had assured to pay arrears and pension in the month of Dec-2018 but that proved cheating and fit case of deliberate denial of sought information.
In the communication of public authority A/C No. of aggrieved lady is 35838162874 but actual account number-35838262874 and if A/C no. will be wrong how transaction will reach to its destination. Vide attached documents.
This is a humble request of your applicant to you Hon’ble Sir that how can it be justified to withhold public services arbitrarily and promote anarchy, lawlessness and chaos in an arbitrary manner by making the mockery of law of land? There is need of the hour to take harsh steps against the wrongdoer in order to win the confidence of citizenry and strengthen the democratic values for healthy and prosperous democracy. For this, your applicant shall ever pray you, Hon’ble Sir.                Yours sincerely

Undoubtedly because of lackadaisical approach, Public Information officers especially central government are not providing sought information to the information seekers which is state of sheer lawlessness and Anarchy must be controlled by the accountable public functionaries. Because of rampant corruption these Central Public Information officers by colluding with the senior bank officers in the department do not provide the sought information to the information seekers in order to avoid the exposure before the public so that wrong deeds of the staffs at the government must be concealed and the reputation of the public authority may be preserved.
