Most revered Sir –Your applicant invites the kind attention of Hon’ble Sir with due respect to following submissions as follows.
1-It is submitted before the Hon’ble Sir that your applicant is Nisha W/O Late Hori Lal, House no.20, the resident of Upadhyay ki Pokhari, Ward-Chaubey tola, Mirzapur city, District-Mirzapur, Pincode-231001, Uttar Pradesh, seeking old age pension of the government but few greedy and immoral characters are creating stumbling block through their own arbitrary rules adversely damaging the established laws and set up norms. Hon’ble Sir may be pleased to take a glance attached documents with this representation. 
2-It is submitted before the Hon’ble Sir that your applicant submitted an online application for old age pension by registering on the portal as Registration No -316221266501 but when I had gone to submit hard copy concerned denied to accept it as the annual income of the family in income certificate was Rs.60000. 
3-It is submitted before the Hon’ble Sir that your applicant again made application for new income certificate and this time Lekhpal made available income certificate of the annual income of Rs.59000 but still it was greater than an arbitrary set limit of Rs.54000. In this process, your applicant thus spent more than five hundred rupees taken loan on interest from cruel local hundi operator. 
4-It is submitted before the Hon’ble Sir that please take a glance at the attached income certificate provided by Lekhpal to my grandson which explicitly showing family income Rs.42000 annually. Whether it is not anarchy and mockery of law of land that public staffs play games in providing widow pension to older reflect lawlessness and chaos. Please also take a glance at attached Ration card which shows Rs.38000 income. 
                            This is a humble request of your applicant to you Hon’ble Sir that It can never be justified to overlook the rights of the citizenry by delivering services in an arbitrary manner by floating all set up norms. This is sheer mismanagement which is encouraging wrongdoers to reap the benefit of loopholes in the system and depriving poor citizens of the right to justice. Therefore it is need of the hour to take concrete steps in order to curb grown anarchy in the system. For this, your applicant shall ever pray you, Hon’ble Sir.
