Current Status Under process Date of Action 06/08/2020 Remarks Grievance received by Subordinate Organisation from Web API Sir today is 10 Sept 2020 which means one month five days passed but still no decision taken by the concerned on the matter. Respected Sir, you are also silent on the issue which means concerned are procrastinating on the matter in caucus with the monitoring bodies. How can accountable public functionaries be mute spectators of open loot of money minting institutions in the state of Uttar Pradesh whose chief minister claims to provide transparent, honest and accountable governance before the media but the actual fact is that public is crying because of rampant corruption where open loot of guardians by money minting institutions is allowed by the government functionaries.

Here this topic is quite important that why are concerned officers running away from providing information under right to information act 2005 which is quite obvious from their lackadaisical approach in the matter concerned with the deep rooted corruption. Think about the gravity of situation that matter concerns the deep rooted corruption as government sold the public property to their nearest businessmen which is a mockery of the law of land.

This question is important that campus of the lions school Lal diggi is made in the land of municipality Mirzapur City and this land was provided for the development of garden for the children but actually this land is being used commercially by the lions club and earning huge amount of money through its commercial activity by exploiting the guardians of the students which is illegal and must be checked by the accountable public functionaries but government of Yogi Adityanath has been so corrupt that it extended the lease for 30 years while the earlier government of the Akhilesh Yadav had banned the extension of the lease.
