Whatever central information commission has ordered, CPIO may follow in letters and spirit. CPIO may pursue its previous communication and provide copies as sought.

Subject-Noncompliance of the order passed by the central information commission.

Letter addressed to the director, Scheduled tribe development, Uttar Pradesh, Lucknow dated-01/12/2020 by Social Welfare Officer, Mirzapur, Mr. Girish Chanda Dubey did not provide the information as directed by the central information commission.

Instead of providing the certified copies of submitted online application of Kajal and copy of subsequent correction made by the student Kajal which the applicant had made available to the central ministry, aforementioned social welfare officer only provided inconsistent and arbitrary justification as earlier done by them.

Ipso facto concerned took under teeth the direction of central information commission tantamount to willful denial of the sought information.

This e-mail is the notice to the concerned to take action in the matter within 15 days.

Notice-After 15th day, the applicant will file noncompliance before the central information commission to fix accountability of violators of provisions of R.T.I. Act 2005.

Letter sent by simple post dated-01/12/2020 as aforementioned, we attach the aforementioned to this e-mail communication.

Right to information act 2005 was brought up by the Congress government but Modi government diluted its provisions and more adverse condition is that now concerned staff of the public authorities are not providing information under right to information act 2005 which is the mockery of the law of land. Right to information act 2005 was brought up by the Congress government to promote the transparency and accountability in the working of public authorities.

It is the fact that Modi government is diluting the provisions of Right to Information act 2005 and information seekers are knocking door to door for seeking information but no one help from the public authorities as well as constitutional functionaries because of the rampant corruption in the government machineries. The need of the hour is that stern action must be taken against the violators of the provisions of Right to Information act 2005 but it is not feasible in the Regime of Modi government.
