Grievance Description : Subject-How does corruption proliferate in the department of Indian Oil Corporation Limited when the staffs accountable of Indian Oil Corporation Limited claim that subsidy generates automatically and no one is allowed to make any entry? Most revered Sir –Your applicant invites the kind attention of Hon’ble Sir with due respect to following submissions as follows. 1-It is submitted before the Hon’ble Sir that your applicant is aggrieved because of large number of consumers belonging to remote villages is being deprived from the gas subsidy in the arbitrary manner. If you Hon’ble Sir think about locus standi, then under article 51 A of constitution of India, it is fundamental duty of your applicant.
