Hon’ble Sir-With due respect your applicant wants to draw the kind attention of the Hon’ble Sir to the following submissions as follows.
Today your applicant had gone to Sangmohal post office with counterfoil and Indian Postal Orders in order to encash those postal orders but he(post master) denied to accept the postal orders and their counterfoils. Whether it is justified that you are not returning back my money paid in order to purchase Indian Postal orders. This is root cause ,your postal orders are not accepted by the High court of judicature. It seems that your real motive is to forfeiture my postal orders.
Please your applicant is too much poor and consider his misery so direct subordinates not to withhold his Rs.500.00 on flimsy ground and unfair practice. Your department will not digest my hard earned money.

This is humble request of your applicant to you Hon’ble Sir that It can never be justified to overlook  the rights of citizenry by delivering services in arbitrary manner by floating all set up norms. This is sheer mismanagement which is encouraging wrongdoers to reap benefit of loopholes in system and depriving poor citizens from right to justice. Therefore it is need of hour to take concrete steps in order to curb grown anarchy in the system. For this your applicant shall ever pray you Hon’ble Sir.

                                                                                                            Yours sincerely
                                                                                                            Yogi M. P. Singh

Hon’ble Sir-Would you like to explain ,how my
submitted grievance was redressed .
1-Whether  have you  encashed my
postal orders purchased from postal department ?
2-Whether the accountable functionary of the
department have put focus on the point raised by me in the reply .
3-Still your applicant is at place when he was
requesting to sub post master Sangmohal in person   in order to encash the
postal orders returned back by the High court of judicature as they don’t
accept postal orders as mode of transactions.
Hon’ble Sir when department don’t know from
where Indian Postal Orders of Rs. 500 .00 were purchased ,then how your
applicant will know? As the sub post master ,Sangmohal was asking the same
question and your applicant couldn’t reply. Scanned copy of both postal orders
and counter foils were attached with earlier submissions.
