An application under Article 51 A of the constitution of India on behalf of Keshaw Pratap Singh. Please direct police concerned to lodge F.I.R. in the matter against assistant manager concerned of Axis Bank Mirzapur for his offence of cheating which is a criminal offence.

श्री मान जी निजी क्षेत्र की जीवन बीमा कंपनिया सिर्फ सीधे साधे लोगो को गुमराह करके उनकी मेहनत की कमाई हड़प रहे है उन्हें झूठी लालच दे कर जो की संबंधित मामले से आईने की तरह साफ है | 

श्री मान जी एक्सिस बैंक का सहायक प्रबंधक जिसे बैंक का प्रबंधन देखना चाहिए वह ग्राहकों के खातों में पैसा देख कर उन्हें ज्यादा पैसे का प्रलोभन दे कर और जीवन बीमा पॉलिसी की गलत व्याख्या करके  उनके साथ फ्रॉड कर रहा है जो की कदापि उचित नही है | इस ढंग से लोगो का पैसा बैंक में कैसे सुरक्षित है जब बैंक प्रबंधक एक्सिस बैंक बेलतर मिर्ज़ापुर उत्तर प्रदेश खुद मैक्स जीवन बीमा  कंपनी का अभिकर्ता भी है |

श्री मान जी जिस तरह से  मैक्स जीवन बीमा  कंपनी के जिम्मेदार कार्मिक मामले में टाल मटोल कर रहे उससे यह स्पस्ट नही है की  मैक्स जीवन बीमा  कंपनी व्यवसाय कम करती है और लोगो का धन हडपने और धोखा देने में ज्यादा विश्वास रखती है  |

Prayer-The matter is concerned with the fraud committed by Assistant manager axis bank Beltar District Mirzapur in the name of insurance. Here cheating committed by the Assistant manager axis bank Beltar District Mirzapur who has assured on the maturity of the insurance, the company will provide the applicant 13 Lakh 9 thousand but whatever documents made available by the company concerned is disclosing fraud committed by the concerned assistant manager. 

Most revered Sir –Your applicant invites the kind attention of Hon’ble Sir with due respect to the following submissions as follows.

1-It is submitted before the Hon’ble Sir that  51A. Fundamental duties It shall be the duty of every citizen of India (a) to abide by the Constitution and respect its ideals and institutions, the National Flag and the National Anthem;(h) to develop the scientific temper, humanism and the spirit of inquiry and reform;

(i) to safeguard public property and to abjure violence;

Thanks for acknowledging the receipt of complaint with providing setup duration to dispose of the matter. Moreover matter be dealt by pursuing the R.B.I. Guidelines regarding refund of the payment made. According to new guidelines refund ought to be made into the same account through which payment was made.

एक्सिस बैंक बेल तर का असिस्टेंट मैनेजर उल्टे सीधे झूठे मनगढ़ंत प्रलोभन देकर उन लोगों को जिनके खाते में उसे पैसा दिखता है उसे बरगला कर धोखा देकर इंश्योरेंस कंपनी के नाम पर एक प्रकार से ठगी का काम करने का करने का एक गोरख धंधा एक्सिसबैंक अपने कर्मचारियों के साथ मैक्स लाइफ इंश्योरेंस के साथ मिलकर कर रहा है जो व्यापक रूप से सारे देश में एक बड़े पैमाने पर मिस लीडिंग और धोखाधड़ी का काम हो रहा है इस पर नियंत्रण करना सरकार के लिए और स्वच्छ लोकतंत्र के लिए परम आवश्यक है

Undoubtedly it is failure of the government as it has no control over growing anarchy in the financial sector of the government. Where is good governance if the bank accounts of the citizenry are not secure.

From the repeated procrastination, it is quite obvious that concerned Life Insurance company having ulterior motive and no ethical values but only to cheat the customers. Undoubtedly company through its agent who is the assistant manager in the Axis Bank Beltar Mirzapur did the misselling of insurance policy.
