Now a days shopkeepers use kerosene oil in order to safeguard the gram from worms in the Mirzapur district which is sheer unhygienic and same is sold to customers and on complaint advise to keep the purchased gram in the Sun but whether it is feasible that kerosene entered into gram may be taken out by keeping it in the Sun.

With due respect your applicant wants to draw the kind attention of the Hon’ble Sir to the following submissions as follows.
1-It is submitted before the Hon’ble Sir that in the government of Uttar Pradesh no government staff is serious about their duty otherwise such activity may be easily curbed. Whether the grain is preserved from kerosene oil. How the shopkeepers are selling such unhygienic edible item.
2-It is submitted before the Hon’ble Sir that here shopkeepers are not punished from wrongdoings but they can be punished if they don’t fulfill illegitimate demand of corrupt staffs of Government and remains inhospitable before the accountable public functionaries.
3-It is submitted before the Hon’ble Sir that adulteration in edible items in Mirzapur district is quite common but concerned public functionaries even on complaints don’t take any action but only think about tricks to enhance backdoor income. In milk water may be till some extent justified but some times those products are mixed up which is highly injurious to health. But Government staff remains silent and mute spectators of such evil practices.
This is humble request of your applicant to you Hon’ble Sir that It can never be justified to overlook the rights of citizenry by delivering services in arbitrary manner by floating all set up norms. This is sheer mismanagement which is encouraging wrongdoers to reap benefit of loopholes in system and depriving poor citizens from right to justice. Therefore it is need of hour to take concrete steps in order to curb grown anarchy in the system. For this your applicant shall ever pray you Hon’ble Sir.
