| बीएसएनएल का जी का सिम १६० रूपये का खरीद कर रखे है किन्तु आपके स्तर से जो हीला हवाली हो रही है बहुत ही कष्टदाई है | आप जानते है किसी को भी अच्छी सेवा से आकृष्ट किया जाता है कि इस तरह से जो हो
रहा है
| क्या जिओ से बीएसएनएल में जाना कोई अपराध है जो इतना हीला हवाली हो रही है | प्रार्थी को जिओ सेवा प्रदाता समस्त रिचार्ज का इतिहास उपलब्ध कराये क्योकि यह सुबिधा जिओ वेबसाइट पर उपलब्ध नहीं है | For detail take a glance of the attachment.

1-It is submitted before the Hon’ble Sir that  PLEASE provide the detail of non detaching its services by JIO service provider so that applicant could take the services of Bharat Sanchar Nigam Limited which is comparatively cheaper and better.
2-It is submitted before the Hon’ble Sir that please provide the history of the recharges made on the aforementioned mobile number-7379105911 made by the applicant/customer as Jio does not provide the recharge history to the consumers and reaps benefit of such cryptic dealings when the customer opts for the option of port.
3-It is submitted before the Hon’ble Sir that there must be transparency and accountability in providing the services to the consumers so consumer may be apprised with the status of the services of the service provider.
                   This is a humble request of the applicant to you Hon’ble Sir that how can it be justified to withhold public services arbitrarily and promote anarchy, lawlessness, and chaos in an arbitrary manner by making the mockery of law of land? This is need of the hour to take harsh steps against the wrongdoer in order to win the confidence of citizenry and strengthen the democratic values for healthy and prosperous democracy. For this, your applicant shall ever pray you, Hon’ble Sir.

Now it is crystal clear that new port out request from Jio to BSNL was made on 03-June-2019 and now 20 days passed and pending for activation is the status of the application.
This is with reference to the concern raised by the customer regarding delay in process for MNP from Jio to BSNL. Here this question arises that why jio is not providing recharge history to the customers because there maybe no evidence in the hand of customers? They rejected the port application in the name of quarantine period of 90 days as they know that customer has no recharge history but when the new port out application was made by the applicant on 03-June-2019 then they are also taking the same recourse which can never be justified and invites enquiry by the impartial body. There are ample evidences of the rampant corruption in the system but the government is not interested to take action against the wrongdoers. Whether corruption can be curbed in this way?
