receipt of D.D. provided by your online websitte.
A copy as D.D. ENTRIES were filled is attached with this representation and consider on it that where
it should be delivered .
Do you think that I am stupid or you are etra genius ,why will I seek D.D. draft IN fovour of me to pay the R.T.I Fee? This is 
cunning trick on the part of your concerned staffs. 
If you are really interested to quest the truth ,then made public the online application of your applicant seeking
 D.D. in favour of Registrar General, High court ,Allahabad. Whether this is not cryptic dealing ,that I have paid the
 R.T.I. FEE to public authority High court of judicature at Allahabad but you sent it to me. You may clarify it through 
my application sought D.D. that to whom it was paid.

Dear Sir,
Our advices on the captioned subject, are as under;
1-      The captioned Demand Draft sent at your REGISTERED address on 27.12.2016,through regd. Post  bearing No.3165, as per screen shot attached by you, with RTI application enclosure page (3), in which delivery address is clearly mentioned, i.e. S/O Rajendra Pratap Singh, Jabalpur Road, Surekhapuram Basti, Bathua, Post – Sangamohal, Mirzapur, Pin-231001. We are also enclosing screen shot of INB DD issue portal, where it is also clearly mentioned that, in case of choosing delivery by courier option, DD will be deliver at the Applicants recorded address. You have presumed only beside knowing the procedure, that the DD will be deliver at your choice i.e. Registrar, (Accounts) High Court, at Allahabad.
2-      We have no evidence of any communication made by you regarding Issue / delivery of DD from the issuing Branch, via mail / SMS/ Phone Call etc.(simple mode of communication), while for knowing status of DD, you have mentioned that system shown message “Due to technical problems we are unable to process your request currently”. You have always prefer to make a complaint in CPGRAM portal instead of simple communication to the Branch. We suggest that, if Branch is not responding, then you may take another recourse.
3-      However we regret in the matter inconvenience caused to you on behalf of the Branch. We would welcome your complaint in future in a specific format, to the point,  with full particular in lieu of stereo type, as you always prefer and enjoying. 
4-      We are still waiting full details of Rs413.80 deducted through Bank account  (INB transaction carried out by you) in your words “looted by Bank”, which you have not clarified yet.

According to receipt of online transaction, state bank of India had to deliver the D.D. At the specified address within five working days but it is unfortunate that they breached the trust of your applicant which not only lowered the dignity of State Bank of India but also caused great damage to your applicant. 
Sir whether concerned will inform your applicant ,that whether they have delivered the D.D. Or only charges huge commission. If D.D. Was not delivered to Registrar general , High court ,Allahabad ,then why deducted amount was not refunded back to the account of your applicant.
With due respect your applicant wants to draw the kind attention of the Hon’ble Sir to the following submissions as follows.
1-It is submitted before the Hon’ble Sir that following online transaction was made by your applicant on 27-Nov-2016 as
R.T.I. Fee payment through demand draft paid to Registrar General ,High Court, Allahabad, details as R.T.I. Communique and receipt along with the letter of CPIO ,High court of judicature at Allahabad is attached with this representation in PDF form.

2-It is submitted before the Hon’ble Sir that how can it be legitimate that payment which was to be processed cum delivered within five working days still awaiting deliveryWhether consumer rights of citizenry are safe under the management of such tyrants. Whether such dereliction is not overlooking the basic rights and reflection of sheer insolence  of concerned staffs .
3-It is submitted before the Hon’ble Sir that whenever your applicant wanted to know the status of transaction following message display on the screen.

This is humble request of your applicant to you Hon’ble Sir that It can never be justified to overlook  the rights of citizenry by delivering services in arbitrary manner by floating all set up norms. This is sheer mismanagement which is encouraging wrongdoers to reap benefit of loopholes in system and depriving poor citizens from right to justice. Therefore it is need of hour to take concrete steps in order to curb grown anarchy in the system. For this your applicant shall ever pray you Hon’ble Sir.

    -Branch manager S.B.I. CITY branch Mirzapur despatched the D.D. on 29-Dec-2016 which was delivered by the post man on the same date .
    What is the mystery behind this undue delay.
