With due respect your applicant wants to draw the kind attention of the Hon’ble Sir to the following submissions as follows.
1-It is submitted before the Hon’ble Sir that please take a glance of e-mail sent to your applicant in order to resolve my grievances. No action was taken in regard to assurance made by you Hon’ble Sir. 
2-It is submitted before the Hon’ble Sir that whether this is not criminal breach of trust that your applicant is being repeatedly misled instead of providing him services as assurance made to him.
3-It is submitted before the Hon’ble Sir that it seems that some one in the department is stumbling block in providing services to your applicant otherwise there may not be so inordinate delay.
                                         
This is humble request of your applicant to you Hon’ble Sir that It can never be justified to overlook  the rights of citizenry by delivering services in arbitrary manner by floating all set up norms. This is sheer mismanagement which is encouraging wrongdoers to reap benefit of loopholes in system and depriving poor citizens from right to justice. Dear Sir, Sir referred account No….45721675 was opened SB TINY-ODGEN- PUB IND-ALL-INR with product code 1611-1411 This type of account is devised in SBI for mass rural public of country, having no accounts anywhere, most of them illiterate and poor, even it is based on bio-metric operation with limited amount, to avoid complication of using voucher’s etc. As the SMS facility is based on multi mobile service provider’s, they charge for it, and ultimately it will shift to the poor customer’s, SMS facility is not enabled with this product. In addition to this, Rupay Debit Card issued with above product, is also having limited transactions merchant facilities. Therefore we request you to please open a normal saving account and enjoy multiple platform of banking like Saving Plus, Internet Banking, Mobile Banking etc. Thanks and Regards CM Admin R-II, A O Varanasi
