It is most unfortunate that books are sold in sets and these sets are made available by the school.

Subject -Think about the gravity of the situation that the test of the students will be held on 4-May-2018 but the textbooks are still not available because of lawlessness and anarchy in the government machinery even when the matter is raised since three years in regard to the selling of books by the school management.

With due respect, your applicant wants to draw the kind attention of the Hon’ble Sir to the following submissions as follows.
1-It is submitted before the Hon’ble Sir that last Friday, the applicant had visited the Anil Bookstore before Arykanya Girls Inter college Mirzapur city, bookseller asked that books will be available on Saturday. Next day, the applicant again visited the aforementioned bookshop but the senior individual was not present at the bookstore but collaborators cooperated me and provided me with the set of books of sixth and seventh standards of Saint B.B.L. School but when I said to sort out three books out of 13 and two books out of thirteen from the sets as already available, then they expressed inability and told me school has made available the books in the set and we are allowed to sell books in the set. When I enquired them whether you don’t purchase these books, they replied no?
2-It is submitted before the Hon’ble Sir that how much cryptic is the working style of the concerned staffs and school management who were claiming that books are not sold by the school management and books are not changed every year while the burning truth is that yesterday agent of the Britannica publication had made contact on my Mobile phone to ask me whether I need sixth and seventh standard for school or bookshop and when I told him I am a guardian and books needed for my children, then phone was disconnected from the other side. Which explicitly shows that books are purchased by the school through the order and sold among the students in the sets and concerned bookshop is the only showpiece.
3-It is submitted before the Hon’ble Sir that in regard to removal of CCE pattern by CBSE as claimed by the school management will soon be exposed as I have sought information from the CPIO CBSE in this regard under the right to information act 2005. When school itself was the sole body indulged in the selling of the books, then why was your applicant physically and mentally tormented by telling the name of the bookseller.

This is a humble request of your applicant to you Hon’ble Sir that It can never be justified to overlook the rights of the citizenry by delivering services in an arbitrary manner by floating all set up norms. This is sheer mismanagement which is encouraging wrongdoers to reap the benefit of loopholes in the system and depriving poor citizens of the right to justice. Therefore it is need of the hour to take concrete steps in order to curb grown anarchy in the system. For this, your applicant shall ever pray you, Hon’ble Sir.
                                                                 Yours  sincerely
