आवेदन पत्र का विवरण The matter is concerned with the serious irregularity in providing control rate ration to weaker and downtrodden section in the Mirzapur district and repeated grievances being overlooked by the concerned staffs of the government at the district level. Whether it is not corruption that aforementioned licensee of control rate shop provides only 9 Kg wheat and 6 Kg rice per month while the applicant was providing biometric proof, then with other information, the total quantity of Ration was 30 Kg displayed on the screen which surprised the applicant. Applicant-Kuldeep Kumar Chaudhary, Name of mother-Jyoti Devi, Address-Bhagauti Chaudhary Ke Bagal ki gali, Sabari Chungi, District-Mirzapur, PIN code-231001. With due respect and regard to Hon’ble Sir, the appellant invites the kind attention of the Hon’ble Sir to the following submissions as follows. An enquiry under article 51 A of the constitution of India as a step towards the betterment of the Society. 1-It is to be submitted before the Hon’ble Sir that Ration card holder is Jyoti Devi Husband-Rambabu Chaudhary and address aforementioned is the mother of the applicant and applicant itself faced the irregularity of the shopkeeper as had gone to purchase the Ration on the aforementioned shop.PDF document is attached with this representation which includes the issued ration card by the government in the name of my mother. 2-It is to be submitted before the Hon’ble Sir that the applicant belongs to the weaker and oppressed section and ration card consists of 6 units and Ration provided by the aforementioned control rate shopkeeper only 15 Kg total which means only two and a half Kg per unit is being provided by the shopkeeper by colluding with the concerned staffs of the government. 3-It is to be submitted before the Hon’ble Sir that when the applicant made the complaint to the concerned staffs and shopkeeper then instead of taking seriously the grievances, they advise to go Manihaan in order to make the complaint. Sir applicant belongs to Mirzapur city where district headquarter is located but these staffs are befooling the ration card holders by misleading them. How is it feasible that those residing in the Mirzapur city will be subjected to a rural office in order to redress the grievances? Whether it is not a reflection of rampant corruption in the government machinery? This is a humble request of your applicant to you Hon’ble Sir that how can it be justified to withhold public services arbitrarily and promote anarchy, lawlessness and chaos in an arbitrary manner by making the mockery of law of land? There is need of the hour to take harsh steps against the wrongdoer in order to win the confidence of citizenry and strengthen the democratic values for healthy and prosperous democracy. Hon’ble Sir that when the applicant made the complaint to the concerned staffs and shopkeeper then instead of taking seriously the grievances, they advise to go Manihaan in order to make the complaint. Sir applicant belongs to Mirzapur city where district headquarter is located but these staffs are befooling the ration card holders by misleading them. How is it feasible that those residing in the Mirzapur city will be subjected to a rural office in order to redress the grievances? When the grievance was submitted on 11-Nov-2018,then date was fixed 11-Dec-2018 to dispose of the grievance .Earlier it given15 days to dispose of the grievance but now 30 days is strange and one of bizarre incidences.

When it has been confirm that government is not taking action against wrongdoer staffs, then it is not justified to give more time to staff to procrastinate on the grievances of common people. Indirectly government is supporting wrongdoing in the working of public functionaries.Here less time was given so that result may come fast and citizenry may reap benefit of it but now one month time is being given so poor illiterate people are bound to face lawlessness and anarchy perpetrated by the corrupt staffs of the government.
