Since 11 days entire formalities have been completed but a refund of paid premium still could not be made by the concerned company cum bank. Think about the gravity of the situation that to cheat only five minutes were taken but to refund they are taking more than usual time. One month and more than two weeks are not sufficient to refund the paid amount for them. Despite this our great public functionaries are worried about it that why only incredible media is glorifying them not the citizenry of this country. The path of honesty is a religious path which will remain stable but, regrettably, this path is not being liked by our accountable public functionaries. Whether bundles of lies can change bad governance into good governance? Honesty is the best policy but we are far away from it. When entire process completed why are they procrastinating is itself a question? Undoubtedly they are not interested to refund the paid premium which is quite obvious from their lackadaisical approach to resolve the matter. It seems that they are not actually professional but actually they are cheaters and their motive is to amass huge wealth what ever means they will have to adopt even unlawful practices. Following is the email of the applicant which categorically states that they may follow the R.B.I. Guidelines to refund the paid amount but their activities are cryptic and incredible still. Aug 5, 2020, 12 35 AM Honourable Staff of insurance company concerned, Thanks for acknowledging the receipt of the complaint with providing setup duration to dispose of the matter. Moreover, the matter be dealt with by pursuing the R.B.I. Guidelines regarding the refund of the payment made. Sir, they had to refund the entire paid premium within 10 days which passed 10 Sept 2020 as assured by them on 01/Sept/ 2020 when aggrieved applicant Keshaw Pratap Singh returned their entire documents whatever exchanged as they sought on the CPGRAM portal from the applicant through note dated 31/08/2020. On the one side of his screen our public functionaries are talking of honesty but it is unfortunate that there is open loot in their offices and when the Complaints are made these complaints are overlooked by their accountable public functionaries whether it is a Nifty where is go on our big talkative political master who were talking about honesty during the election time and assuring the electorates to establish the rule of law in the country. Whether they will reply why private financial company is procrastinating in refunding the premium paid by the aggrieved Keshav Pratap Singh? They must know that good governance in not election rhetoric but it is tough job to provide good governance to the public.

Our motive is good governance but our political masters only assure good governance instead of making efforts of good governance. When the integrity of political masters is impeccable, then what would be outcome only God may save us. If key political leaders will speak bundles of lies, then think about the credibility of the government machinery. Whether a dishonest politician can provide us honest government machinery?

Policy has been returned 01/09/2020 but unfortunately the aforementioned report is the mockery of the law of land. When policy returned, then why are you procrastinating on the issue reflecting your true nature of cheating.
