Electricity bill of Rs.20320000000.00 was made available to proprietor of small scale industry by the staffs of Uttar Pradesh power corporation limited which is an undertaking of the government of Uttar Pradesh.

With due respect your applicant wants to draw the kind attention of the Hon’ble Sir to the following submissions as follows.
1-It is submitted before the Hon’ble Sir that it may be Mr. Paraag Mittal ji has patience as such arbitrary huge bill couldn’t rock him otherwise a man of weak heart may face heart stroke/attack . Whether this is not signal of failure of the system.
2-It is submitted before the Hon’ble Sir that undoubtedly the role of staffs of Uttar Pradesh power corporation limited is too much negative ,they are acting like looters but despite the substantial evidence of siphoning of huge public fund by the erring staffs of Uttar Pradesh power corporation limited , government of Uttar Pradesh reluctant to take action against them. In the name of taking action against wrongdoers , enquiry is ordered and after some time ,entire matter buried .
3-It is submitted before the Hon’ble Sir that we people of Mirzapur district are deprived from the consumer grievance redressal forum so we can’t knock the door of UPERC as it hears appeal against C.G.R.F. Or non compliance of orders of CGRF by the staffs of UPPCL. Your applicant had submitted an application under section 142 of electricity act 2003 but who cares of law in this anarchy. Hon’ble Sir please take a glance of attached document .
This is humble request of your appellant that repeated violations of provisions of Right to Information Act and arbitrary withholding of sought information by the public information officers is because of lackadaisical approach and procrastination of state information commission towards the redressing of grievances of information seekers and non application of section 20 of Right to Information Act 2005 on erring PIOs consequently please direct the concerned to provide rest of information and apply section 20 who violated the provisions of Right to Information Act 2005 in order to curb the erring PIOs to act in schizophrenic way who do irksome delay in providing the sought information.
This is humble request of your applicant to you Hon’ble Sir that It can never be justified to overlook the rights of citizenry by delivering services in arbitrary manner by floating all set up norms. This is sheer mismanagement which is encouraging wrongdoers to reap benefit of loopholes in system and depriving poor citizens from right to justice. Therefore it is need of hour to take concrete steps in order to curb grown anarchy in the system. For this your applicant shall ever pray you Hon’ble Sir.
