In regard to your following returned e-mail as you sought more feedback in regard to grievance instead of taking solid concrete steps in order to address the grievance is too much disappointing and regretting. Scanned copy Domicile certificate, last update receipt downloaded from the website of government and report of the staffs of government was not only attached to the e-mail representation in the PDF form but also remained the part of submissions of grievance as obvious from the link visible in your returned e-mail.
