First appeal to appellate authority
Sir/madam,
No reply received from IG of registration department for RTI application posted on 28th February and 5th march 2020.
Reply received from DRO tiruelveli offie but information are denied by them.
There was some reply from the office of SRO of tirunelveli town and Palayamkottai for my RTI application posted on 28th February 2020. The information was also refused by SRO of Nanguneri, tirunelveli town and Palayamkottai
valliyur for my RTI application posted on 28th February 2020 saying me to apply for EC. As I am not knowing the survey nos of my ancestral property and other properties I applied for RTI application. There was no proper response from those offices for my visit. I request you to forward this email as first appeal to the appellate authority for the information requested in four RTI applications. As curfew imposed on the state of Tamilnadu for the Covid 19 the postal department is not working for the delivery of first appeal to appellate authority. The printing shops are not working in chennai to collect print out copies of first appeal and post it.

There are two big demerits of the public functionaries in the India, first is is Incompetence which generates Tyranny and arbitrariness in the public administration system and second is greed which generates the corruption in the public administration system. in order to conceal in competency, Tyranny and arbitrariness is must. The shortcut road to satisfy its greed is the corruption.

Right to Information act 2005 was brought up by the government of India to promote transparency and accountability in the working of public authorities but because of rampant corruption in the government machinery, this excellent legislation proved to be teethless. Undoubtedly government is providing huge salary but concerned staffs of the government are not satisfied with this salary and indulging in corrupt activities which can never be justified.

Every one knows that concerned staffs of the government takes bribe to provide the copy of government document and when public seeks information under Right to Information Act 2005,then their back door income is disturbed, therefore they do not provide information under Right to Information Act 2005. You can say that Right to Information Act 2005 was brought up to curb corruption but corruption made it teeth less

If centre and state governments are really honest, then why Right to Information Act 2005 has been thrown into dust-bin? Now credibility of good governance can be guessed from the lies spoken by our political masters.Think about the gravity of situation that weapon selected to kill corruption itself killed by corruption which is not showing rampant corruption in the government machinery.
