In the name lock-down, government closed the institution, but charging fee from April to Sept

In the name lock-down, government closed the institutions, but charging fee from April to Sept if a student took admission in the month of September 2020.

Whether the government of Yogi Adityanath is not promoting corruption by providing free hand to money minting institutions?

Grievance Description
An application on behalf of children who are making efforts to take admission. But children are not succeeding to take admission because of the illogical huge fee money minting institutions are charging. The money-minting institutions in this crisis hours of Coronavirus pandemic are looting citizens by colluding with corrupt government functionaries.
Please take a glance of detail representation attached to this grievance.
The matter concerned with the Lions School managed by a club of rich people located at Laldiggi District Mirzapur, Uttar Pradesh. Institution made on the Land of municipality Mirzapur city is charging huge admission fee range between Rs.20000 to Rs.30000 even during the Coronavirus Pandemic.
Detail representation attached to the representation. Whether the institutions are conforming the basic norms to teach online?  If not, how the huge fee, they are charging from guardians of students?
Whether the government of Uttar Pradesh and the government of India are not mute spectators of the exploitation of vulnerable students? These money minting institutions run by the club of rich people have the blessings of corrupt public functionaries.
Ipso facto the government may explain that the aforementioned private management run school has created an infrastructure to run online classes of students.
As both school management and government functionaries are advocating online classes but not talking of norms set up to teach online classes.
I think that it is not planned conspiracy to loot the innocent and gullible guardians of the vulnerable students by money-minting institutions in caucus with the corrupt public functionaries of the governments.

They disposed of grievance with the note that the matter, not concerned with the Department of Medical Health and Family Welfare.
Central Board of Secondary Education on number occasion disposed of the grievance on the ground that the matter concerned with Government of Uttar Pradesh.
According to the report of C.B.S.E. Government of Uttar Pradesh is the fee regulatory body of the C.B.S.E. affiliated institutions in the state.
They also provided notification of the government. But, unfortunately, public functionaries in the government overlook every rule of the government of India because of corruption.
Think about the gravity of the situation that chief minister office in the Government of Uttar Pradesh does not know about fee regulatory body.
They forwarded the matter arbitrarily to a non-concerned mandate.
Now they considered the grievance disposed of on the ground of aforementioned arbitrary note. Whether they can provide justice to the weaker section in this anarchy

Central Board of Secondary Education on number occasion disposed of the grievance on the ground that the matter concerned with Government of Uttar Pradesh.
Here this question arises that whether chief minister office is flooded with the incompetent people who does not know, how to redress the grievances of the common people?

Since the month of March 2020 lockdown had been imposed by the government of India and in this lock down schools were closed and no one was allowed to come out of the dwelling places but it is unfortunate that when the new admission was taken by the ward of the guardian on the 16th September then how he was charged fee from April to September which is completely illegal and against the rule of law and this is exploitation of vulnerable guardians in the hand of corrupt public functionaries and the Government of Uttar Pradesh can not overlook the rights of poor citizens of the state when the Government of Uttar Pradesh is itself fee regulatory body in the state according to the made available information of the Central Board of Secondary Education.

On the one side of a screen Government of India declared lockdownd consequently all the institutions specially colleges intermediate colleges and nursery schools were closed but it is most unfortunate that the person who took admission of his children had to pay the fee from the month of April to September while he took admission of his words in the month of September on 16th September. Whether it is is justified work of the government when the Government of Uttar Pradesh is the fee regulatory body?

They disposed of grievance with the note that the matter, not concerned with the Department of Medical Health and Family Welfare.
If the central government and its department is saying that matter concerned with the regulation of fee of students is not concerned with the central government, then how government of Uttar Pradesh can run away from the issue by submitting an arbitrary report on the P.G. Portal.

Undoubtedly to charge fee from April to September if wards took admission on 16-Sept-2020 is sheer unjustified.
Our motive is good governance which may be transparent and accountable but not feasible in this anarchy. Representations submitted to accountable public functionaries, but they are thrown into the dustbin.
