An application under subsection 1 of section 6 of Right to Information Act 2005, in order to seek information from District Backward class officer Mirzapur.

Subject-To provide the sought information to the information seeker point-wise as sought within time as prescribed under subsection 1 of section 7 of Right to Information Act 2005.
Applicant invites the point-wise information in order to promote transparency and accountability in the office of public authority as follows.
1-Letter No. 276, dated-16-Feb-2018, District Backward class officer, District-Mirzapur served aforementioned letter to District Inspector of school, District-Mirzapur to seek re-examination cum verification of suspect data of 12708 students excluding intermediate students.
1-A-Please provide the list of students made available to District Inspector of school, District-Mirzapur.
1-B- Please provide the list of students made available by the District Inspector of school, District-Mirzapur to you Hon’ble Sir.
1-C-Provide the circular which prescribes verification of suspect data of 12708 backward class students by social welfare officer as in one such verification, letter of verification is addressed to social welfare officer Mirzapur and you have put this letter as an annexure to report on Jansunwai portal of government of Uttar Pradesh. Moreover, the job of verification is vested with the office of district inspector of school ipso facto obvious from the aforementioned communication addressed to DIOS.
Provide the circular which empowers the Social welfare officer Mirzapur to entertain the letter concerned with verification of suspect data of backward class students by bypassing the DIOS Mirzapur.
2-Provide the detail of district scholarship committee in Mirzapur district like the number of its members, posting and designation.
3-Provide the circular which empowers district scholarship committee not to write the date of approval certificate granted to backward class students in the case of suspect data.
4-If you correct the data of a student in the name of suspect data, and then it does not constitute offences under information technology act but if you correct data of a student on his application, then it constitutes an offence under information technology act.
Please provide circular which ensures suspect online filled entries that can be corrected and online filled errors that cannot be corrected.
Therefore it is the need of the hour to take concrete steps in order to curb grown anarchy in the system. For this, your applicant shall ever pray you, Hon’ble Sir.
