Subject-Curriculum REMAINS unchanged but books are changed every year by the managements of private schools and colleges whether such unlawful practice is justified.
With great respect to revered Sir, your applicant invites the kind attention of the Hon’ble Sir to the following submissions as follows.
1-It is submitted before the Hon’ble Sir that my daughter reads in sixth class and son reads in fifth class but Son can’t use the text books of his elder sister because management of Kindergarten changed the book current year. Such unjustified practice caused extra burden of Rs.4000.00and government is not providing any reprieve by providing scholarship or any other kind of help.
2-It is submitted before the Hon’ble Sir that why government is not making N.C.E.R.T. books compulsory in these C.B.S.E. BOARD schools. When the N.C.E.R.T. books are AVAILABLE at accessible prices, then why government is allowing this corrupt and unethical practice to promote in our society. Whether such unlawful practice lacks public spirit is not reflecting insensitivity of public staffs towards miseries of common citizenry. We are seeking justice but not available in this largest democracy in the world.
3-It is submitted before the Hon’ble Sir that our public servants are drawing huge salary for serving us but whether they are not failed if the citizenry is being robbed in the daylight. What logistic approach can be explained by NOT allowing N.C.E.R.T. BOOKS by managements of private schools and colleges? Whether the book stalls and cloths stall opened in the temple of learning is justified and reasoned approach. Whether incompetency does not reflect in our public functionaries to deliver us justice? Undoubtedly Right to justice is indispensable part of sound judicial and administrative system but not possible from such people who have shut their eyes and ears forever.
This is humble request of your applicant to you Hon’ble Sir that It can never be justified to overlook  the rights of citizenry by delivering services in arbitrary manner by floating all set up norms. This is sheer mismanagement which is encouraging wrongdoers to reap benefit of loopholes in system and depriving poor citizens from right to justice. Therefore it is need of hour to take concrete steps in order to curb grown anarchy in the system. For this your applicant shall ever pray you Hon’ble Sir.
                                          Yours  sincerely
