Hon’ble Sir -Any service providing company charges for providing services but in India ,Idea company deducts talk values without providing services. Whether this is good governance and consumer rights of citizenry are safe and  well protected.

Matter is concerned with illegal deduction of Rs.8.00 from the account of Mobile number-7237849131 of your applicant. It is most unfortunate that  in this country ,no public functionary wants to question the erring companies that why your staff is dealing with consumers in arbitrary ,ill-behaved way.
With due respect your applicant wants to draw the kind attention of the Hon’ble Sir to the following submissions as follows.
1-It is submitted before the Hon’ble Sir that such practice is quite common in India that consumer rights are openly violated by the staffs of erring companies and concerned staffs of government of India remained mute spectators.
2-It is submitted before the Hon’ble Sir that regulatory authority is playing negative role which is promoting regular violations of consumer rights of citizenry and tyrannical treatment of staffs of company with the poor citizenry of country.
3-It is submitted before the Hon’ble Sir  that no person should be condemned unheard, and that power should not be arbitrarily exercised.”3 As Wade4 says that the rule of law requires the government should be subject to law, rather than the law subject to the government. In a monarchy, the concept of law was developed to control the exercise of arbitrary
powers of the monarchs who claimed divine powers to rule. A.V. Dicey also propounded that wherever there is discretion, there is room for arbitrariness. Hon’ble Sir this arbitrariness must be checked in this country.
This is humble request of your applicant to you Hon’ble Sir that It can never be justified to overlook  the rights of citizenry by delivering services in arbitrary manner by floating all set up norms. This is sheer mismanagement which is encouraging wrongdoers to reap benefit of loopholes in system and depriving poor citizens from right to justice. Therefore it is need of hour to take concrete steps in order to curb grown anarchy in the system. For this your applicant shall ever pray you Hon’ble Sir.
                           ‘Yours  sincerely

  1. 2. Whether it is justified to overlook the arbitrary action of erring companies by the regulatory authority. How much surprising that erring companies are looting its consumers but accountable public functionaries are remained mute spectators. In view of me there is no rule of law in this country if it were then open loot may not be feasible. Whether a system lacking justice to its people is not Full of anarchy.
