Grievance Details : The matter is concerned with the poor network speed of service provider B.S.N.L. on the mobile number of the applicant as 9794760348.

Which is quite obvious from the attached screenshot in PDF form to the representation. Applicant paid the B.S.N.L. company Rs.998 through the Amazon online shopping to purchase its internet pack quite obvious from the attached document to the representation.

I coordinate my website through my Laptop and the sim of B.S.N.L. is used through a dongle and such feeble speed of network creates errors on the website.

Such dealings of B.S.N.L. not only causing physical trouble but also mental trauma.

Nowadays service of the B.S.N.L. is worst so if they are not interested to provide the services they must refund the amount aforementioned paid to redeem the services.

Suggestion / Feedback / Remark : According to concerned staffs of the Bharat Sanchar Nigam Limited, every thing is okay in my area. I felt difficulty so I made complaint to redress my grievance concerned with the Network problem.

Whatever electronic item delivered on the date-07-July-2020 was repaired by the staffs of the company.

It was not functioning properly and customer care of the company talked me on my mobile phone itself regarding the status of the default tablet repaired by the company. I told my troubles to him, he told me to arrange pickup with assurance to replace the tablet abruptly as earlier was out of use and two days latter tablet was picked up by the courier agent.

Now whatever report was attached by them is surprising as they have delivered the tablet on seventh July 2020 undoubtedly true but same was picked up by courier agent for the replacement which is still awaited by the applicant.

Undoubtedly customer care misled the NCH through such a misleading report which is tantamount to cheating. An F.I.R. must be lodged to ensure accountability.

There must be transparency and accountability in the working of public authority but where accountability if every thing will be decided by the constitutional functionaries arbitrarily. Biased approaches of constitutional functionaries instigated by corrupt approaches can never provide good governance. How the corruption will be curbed if to save 100 rupees bribe, one will have to spend Rs,200 in taking action in the matter?

Undoubtedly in these days, Bharat Sanchar Nigam Limited has adopted the consumer friendly approach as tariffs and offers are easily affordable to poor. Our motive is good governance but would be accessible only when if there will be transparency and accountability in the dealings of the public authorities. After all thanks for poor friendly approaches.

They never take the problems of the common man seriously because if they will redress the grievances of the common man how will they earn the backdoor income as everyone knows that there is too much corruption in the government machinery and most of the staffs earn the back door income or you can say that corrupt money more than the actual income which is the root cause of disproportionate assets. If the enquiry may be carried out then most of the officers of the Government of India will be prosecuted for the disproportionate assets.
