of fact is concerned with the poor network speed is being provided by Jio
service providing company and when the complaint was made, then its staff
cunningly sent notification 90% of Daily Data quota exhausted for Jio Number
7237849131on 17-Aug-2019 at 12:46 AM and again on the same day 50% of Daily
Data quota exhausted for Jio Number 7237849131 at 11:55 PM. Sir when the
earlier 90 percent data exhausted within 46 minutes, then how is it feasible
that during the entire day only fifty percent data was used? Which implies
that notifications of the Jio service providing company are itself contrary.

This is with reference to the complaint raised by customer
regarding Network/Data at his location. Our Network engineers had surveyed
customer’s location and observed limited indoor Jio coverage. We submit that
the existing site serving the location is highly utilized due to which
customer is facing issues. These issues can only be addressed by a new site
in the vicinity. However, we regret to inform that currently, no immediate
solution is available due to technical and site acquisition issues at the location.
Nevertheless, we have noted customer’s concern and will keep in mind while
planning for any future network enhancements. Further, we would not be able
to convey the exact timelines as the issue is beyond our control. Our team is
working diligently to ensure that our network evolves constantly based on the
consumer needs and dynamics of the industry. However, the improvement in the
experience may not be instantaneous and will be felt gradually.

Whether
it is justified that because of over-crowed or congestion its feeder may not
work but it may increase more and more consumers by ignoring the interest of
consumers? Most important thing is that staff itself honestly accepted the
fact that any improvement is feasible only when if there may be extension of
infrastructure but company instead of thinking the quality of services only
thing about its surplus revenue by overlooking the consumer interest of its
customers.

  1. Whether it is justified that because of over-crowed or congestion its feeder may not work but it may increase more and more consumers by ignoring the interest of consumers?

  2. For surplus revenue, whether a service provider can overlook the consumer's interests? Where is the rule of law which protects us?
    Most important thing is that staff itself honestly accepted the fact that any improvement is feasible only when if there may be extension of infrastructure but company instead of thinking the quality of services only thing about its surplus revenue by overlooking the consumer interest of its customers.

Here it is quite obvious that claim of the jio service provider is quite wrong and anti consumer approach of the service provider may not be overlooked by a government installed at the centre and the state by taking the recourse that soon service providing company jio will install another feeder in the area in order to reduce the congestion because during this period they should not increase the subscribers so that this overcrowded may be reduced but they are increasing the subscribers which implies that they are only thinking about money printing from the consumers.
