  1. If S.B.I. provided information, then it must provide postal receipt, but there is no postal receipt implies hollowness of claim.Every one knows that account was operated by the anonymous person and Rs.12900 was withdrawn from the account of Anjali Kumari opened in the branch Sirsa Allahabad now Prayagraj of S.B.I. was provided by the government as scholarship and now S.B.I. is running away from the seen because its wrong deeds were exposed to public.

  2. According to the first appellate authority Central Public Information Officer sent two Communications to the aggrieved applicant Anjali Kumari but the actual fact is that neither of them reached to aggrieved applicant Anjali Kumari which means they did not send any letter to the address of Anjani Kumari otherwise they had the receipts and they should make available those receipts.

  3. Undoubtedly matter is concerned with the deep rooted corruption but concerned bank staff is not providing information even under Right to Information act 2005 which is the violation of the provisions of right Information act 2005 but who cares in this anarchy about the provisions of the transparency act when information commissioners itself are not supporting The Stand of information seekers they have Biased approach to the information seekers.

  4. Since the Modi Sir took the oath of prime minister post, corruption in the government machinery has reached its peak and government machinery has been incredible. Modi Sir itself does not follow whatever he says, then think about the credibility of his articulations in the public. Lies can’t be credible. It was our misfortune that such a prime minister was gifted by god who only crushed our democratic values.

  5. They did not provide any information but they procrastinated on the matter quite obvious from cryptic inconsistent report. Matter is concerned with the anonymous operation of account of account holder Anjali Kumari and Rs.12900 was drawn from her account.
