Subject-Private practice by the government doctors and doctors of community health centres is not being taken by the government of the state of Uttar Pradesh seriously.
With due respect, your applicant wants to draw the kind attention of the Hon’ble Sir to the following submissions as follows.
1-It is submitted before the Hon’ble Sir that how a government doctor can be faithful to its patients in the government hospital if indulged in the private practice?
2-It is submitted before the Hon’ble Sir that whether it is justifiable that after drawing a huge salary from public exchequer, a government doctor may indulge in bargaining in the government hospital instead of dedication to serving the poor patients coming from interior corners of the district.
3-It is submitted before the Hon’ble Sir that undoubtedly government has banned the private practice of the government doctors but the motive is quite implicit ipso facto obvious from the lackadaisical approach of accountable staffs to submitted representations concerned with the unethical practice of private practice of government doctors. Here the important point to meditate is that rules are made to benefit the common people but after its ratification, such rules are misused.
Sir poverty has reached at the zenith and think about those who are struggling for two square meal after spending hefty sum in order to pursue higher studies in medical education.
This is a humble request of your applicant to you Hon’ble Sir that It can never be justified to overlook the rights of the citizenry by delivering services in an arbitrary manner by floating all set up norms. This is sheer mismanagement which is encouraging wrongdoers to reap the benefit of loopholes in the system and depriving poor citizens of the right to justice. Therefore it is need of the hour to take concrete steps in order to curb grown anarchy in the system. For this, your applicant shall ever pray you, Hon’ble Sir.

                                             Yours sincerely

Hon'ble Sir that undoubtedly government has banned the private practice of the government doctors but the motive is quite implicit ipso facto obvious from the lackadaisical approach of accountable staffs to submitted representations concerned with the unethical practice of private practice of government doctors. Please take a glance of enquiry officer/Deputy chief medical officer report dated 09/04/2018 based on which submitted grievance was disposed of by the concerned. Ipso facto obvious that taken up matter is concerned with the unauthorized practice of the government doctors at private Nursing Homes and at various medical stores and writing prescriptions at the slips of Nursing Homes and medical stores as the practice of government doctors has been declared illegal by the state government consequently such practice is unauthorized and doctors indulged in such illegal practice are liable to be subjected under appropriate proceedings of law of land.

Whether the government has banned the private practice of the government? This rule has been framed to take bribe from doctors of the government who are doing powder practice not to stop the private practice of the doctors.
