Respected staff of the Jio /Reliance service providing company be informed that you did not take seriously representation dated-21-May-2019 regarding the network speed as no one made contact with the applicant in order to resolve the problem and fix the raised issue. 
Applicant uses Jio 4-G Hotspot and suffering with connectivity issue and delay response of the network which bores the applicant during surfing. It is most unfortunate that complaint made to Jio care through G-Mail but G-mail complaint was not taken seriously by the concerned Jio staff. Mr. when company will transfer data then surfing will take place smoothly otherwise poor network will merely irritate the applicant nothing else.
Sir it was claimed by company to provide two-GB data per day as promised in the purchased internet pack and applicant uses mostly 200 MB TO 300 MB per day and now applicant is using the internet pack of Rs.399 which means company will provide 1.5 GB data per day but it seems that Jio company only makes false promises in regard to packs because of its slow network speed no can use its data.
Why Jio company staff did not take seriously the following representation of the applicant made in the month of May 2019 irritated with the third grade services.

क्या कारण है इस ख़राब नेटवर्क का जिओ फोर -जी फिर भी इतना ख़राब जब चलेगा कोई कब तक ख़राब सेवा झेलेगा | कई दिनों से परेशानी हो रही है सोचा कोई फाल्ट होगा कुछ दिन में ठीक हो जाएगा किन्तु आज आप लोगो को सूचित करना ही पड़  ही रहा है | 

With great respect to revered Sir, your applicant invites the kind attention of the Hon’ble Sir to the following submissions as follows. 
1-It is submitted before the Hon’ble Sir that whether it is justified speed Jio 4-G as shown in the following screen shot.

2-It is submitted before the Hon’ble Sir that think about the gravity of situation that download speed is 0.34 MBPS and the upload speed is 0.12 Mbps which is Two-G speed not 4-G. Whether on the such poor network speed of Jio files of the grievances can be uploaded. Every service provider makes efforts for the betterment but it seems that Jio is going down from its own standard.
3-It is submitted before the Hon’ble Sir that please provide the services according to the setup norms so that transactions and other things may not fail and if you can’t provide better services then you may also inform so that the applicant may manage to port the number so that services of the other service provider may be accessed. Sometimes services remain unavailable because of poor network even when applicant lives in Mirzapur city.

                  
 This is a humble request of your applicant to you Hon’ble Sir that how can it be justified to withhold public services arbitrarily and promote anarchy, lawlessness and chaos in an arbitrary manner by making the mockery of law of land? This is the need of hour to take harsh steps against the wrongdoer in order to win the confidence of citizenry and strengthen the democratic values for healthy and prosperous democracy. For this, your applicant shall ever pray you, Hon’ble Sir.

  2. Undoubtedly subscription must be sold if services are available otherwise concerned service provider may violate the consumer rights of the consumer.
    If Jio is selling its subscriptions, then it must ensure services as well otherwise over crowed site is mere excuse nothing else.

  3. Now this fact has been clear that jio is not taking seriously the grievances of its consumers as it is quite explicit from its response on the grievances of customers by their staffs. First day claim of services excellent services but later itself keeping itself behind by dragging it from the claim and say that such services can not be provided by us in the name of overcrowd sites. Whether it is not criminal breach of trust? Since these companies provide huge donations to the political parties so these political parties do not raise voice against the wrongdoings of these ering service provider companies.
