Singh Mahesh Pratap Singh श्री मान जी आपका निस्तारण कितना गलत है | श्री मान जी सरकारी तंत्र में व्याप्त भरस्टाचार के कारण ही आज देश की यह दुर्दशा है | भारतीय संचार निगम लिमिटेड जिसकी सेवाएं सर्वोत्तम है उसको खरीदने की हैसियत वह रखता है जो देश की जनता को सब से ख़राब सेवा देता है और उपभोक्ताओं को सब से ज्यादा बेवकूफ बनाता है | श्री मान क्या यह देश भ्रष्ट लोगो का ही देश बन कर रह जाएगा | इस प्रत्यावेदन के साथ भारत संचार निगम लिमिटेड के ३ जी सिम चल भाष नंबर ७३७९१०५९११ का स्पीड नेटवर्क टेस्ट का स्क्रीनशॉट है और जिओ सिम चल भाष नंबर ७२३७८४९१३१ का भी स्क्रीन शॉट है | दोनो एक ही संगणक पर लिए गए है इसमें जिओ का स्पीड ख़राब ही नहीं महा ख़राब है फिर भी जिओ ट्राई की निगाह में सर्वोत्तम क्वालिटी की सेवाएं प्रदान करता है | यदि जिओ नेट वर्क स्पीड नहीं दे सकता है डाटा को टॉक वैल्यू में कन्वर्ट कर दे क्यों झूठे झेलवां रहा है | धन्यवाद्

We submit that the existing site serving the mentioned location is highly utilized due to which customer may experience intermittent slow speed/weak coverage issues. We have noted customer’s concern and will keep in mind while planning for any future network enhancements.

Suggestion / Feedback / Remark : I have suspended the services of Jio because it was providing unsatisfactory services. Here justice is not available but option is available. Thanks a lot. Airtel is providing better services and B.S.N.L. is the best.

Grievance Details : Matter of fact is concerned with poor network being provided by the service provider company Jio on the mobile number-7237849131 consequently neither surfing nor online playing videos are feasible. Applicant uses Jio Fi Hotspot to access the data and uses I Kall Tablet but it is unfortunate no data is freed by the Jio service provider quite obvious from attached snapshots to the representation. I have made the aforementioned payment on the executive portal/ website of Jio and remained successful but the poor network is causing too much trouble to the applicant. Moreover I was tired with the poor network so did not recharge but irritating messages of the company pressurized the applicant to recharge the number again but they are providing third grade services again. If the Jio company is not interested to provide the services then it must refund the paid amount redeemed during the purchase of subscription. Attached screenshots of TRAI my app showing the frustrating speed of the network being provided by the Jio company.

Suggestion / Feedback / Remark : Here government functionaries remained completely failed to protect the consumer rights of the consumer quite obvious from the arbitrary report of the customer care agent of the service provider Jio company an India company. Here the company staff itself accepted that he can not improve the services and he accepted that such poor services are because of the overloaded feeder which means he can not provide the services as promised but government functionary concerned accepted the arbitrary inconsistent report which means corrupt government functionaries are acting in caucus with the wrongdoer service provider company and playing against consumer interest of the innocent and gullible citizenry. Undoubtedly applicant had sought the refund in case the services can not be improved but the core point was not touched by the cunning staff of the wrongdoer company Jio.

Undoubtedly they can support but customer will leave the services of such third grade service providers.

Where are regulatory bodies who protect the rights of the consumers? They are pseudo protectors of the rights of consumers.

Jio is selling subscription by making promises of the full speed to the consumers but it is not providing in the name that its feeder is flooded with the more connections which is more than the the acceptable limit so it could not provide the speed to the the consumers who are making complaint against the the poor speed from the minimum limit.

If the service provider jio company staff itself accepting that it cannot provide the minimum guaranteed standard of services then it must not promote subscription more as being done by them by sending the irritating messages because through such messages customers are misled. They must tell the real position to the customers because whatever position they are telling when the Complaints are submitted same position must be told publicly by them.
