President Sir matter is concerned with judiciary but sent to Govt of U.P. – Yogi as anti-corruption crusader
From the perusal of the contents of the grievance, it is quite explicit that matter is concerned with the administration of Justice so it is confirmed that matter is concerned with the high court of judicature at Allahabad and government of Uttar Pradesh. President Secretariat forwarded the matter to the Government of Uttar Pradesh then concerned public functionaries had to forward the matter to High Court of judicature at Allahabad but instead of forwarding to the appropriate public authority they provided the matter to the District Inspector of school which is the lowermost post in the administrative hierarchy and the person who cannot understand the contents of the letter cum grievance and without checking its purview and Ambit redressed the grievance which was not concerned with the purview of district Inspector of school Mirzapur whether such practice is Constitutional and not mockery of law of land. In the interest of Justice government of Uttar Pradesh must forward the matter to the high court of judicature at Allahabad through its department of law or chief minister office or return back to President of India by expressing inability to redress it.
Most revered Sir –Your applicant invites the kind attention of Hon’ble Sir with due respect to the following submissions as follows.
1-It is submitted before the Hon’ble Sir that How the case is dismissed if it is not disposed on the merit which is quite obvious from the status of the case and most relevant question is that if the matter is not concerned with the district Inspector of school Mirzapur, how can he redress the grievance arbitrarily instead of providing its viewpoint only that matter does not come under the purview of D.I.O.S. Respected Sir where is the rule of law if we are opening the gate of lawlessness and Anarchy through such arbitrary decisions and arbitrary disposal of the grievances which cannot be allowed in this largest democracy in the world as a reflection of jungle rule. If the government functionaries in the Government of Uttar Pradesh are feeling uncomfortable in redressing my grievance then they must return my grievance to the President Secretariat in the interest of justice as I have already requested you nothing else. Sir injustice cannot be tolerated by an honest person and I am doing the same whether it may be anyone irrespective of rank and status.
Undoubtedly matter is not concerned with the DIOS Mirzapur-
2-It is submitted before the Hon’ble Sir that following is the prayer forwarded by the office of Hon’ble President of India. Its attachment is attached to the grievance.

This is a humble request of your appellant to you Hon’ble Sir that how can it be justified to withhold public services arbitrarily and promote anarchy, lawlessness and chaos in an arbitrary manner by making the mockery of law of land? There is need of the hour to take harsh steps against the wrongdoer in order to win the confidence of citizenry and strengthen the democratic values for healthy and prosperous democracy. For this, your appellant shall ever pray you, Hon’ble Sir.
Date-21-01-2020 Yours sincerely
Yogi M. P. Singh, Mobile number-7379105911, Mohalla- Surekapuram, Jabalpur Road, District-Mirzapur, Uttar Pradesh, Pin code-231001.
How the case is dismissed if it is not disposed on the merit which is quite obvious from the status of the case and most relevant question is that if the matter is not concerned with the district Inspector of school Mirzapur, how can he redress the grievance arbitrarily instead of providing its viewpoint only that matter does not come under the purview of D.I.O.S.
If the applicant is seeking permission in order to argue in the case then how can DIOS that is district Inspector of school may be instrumental in those things not concerned with him and how the lacuna on the part of High Court of judicature will be overcome by the district Inspector of school Mirzapur. Undoubtedly accountable public functionaries of the Government of Uttar Pradesh are playing game with aggrieved applicant such practice cannot be justified and cannot be fair and such governance cannot be a good governance so action must be taken against the wrongdoers and there must be a fair proceeding in the matter and apex court of India must take action in this matter show that travesty of justice may be avoided.
Undoubtedly true That our grievances are not being are redressed by the concerned public functionaries in correct style. Why not concerned following the setup norms and procrastinating on the submitted grievances? Which is not justified in accordance with the law of land. Grievance redressal is the one of the excellent characteristics of the good governance but it seems that our public functionaries have forgotten their duties thanks
