Received threatening and pressure from my department geology and mining to resign my job and get out of the department immediately. If this is the solution for my issue submitted to government please dismiss my position as chemist or section officer at any time. I will accept it and go out for job searching. Thanks and regards.

I have been facing serious issues in the service matter of Tamilnadu government subordinate service for the last two years. I require your attention for my career growth in chemistry field with government services either transfer or deputation from geology and mining department to some other departments or government services in chemistry field. I have been recruited by TNPSC and posted in this department after four years from the date of selection through written test and interview. Here no chemical analysis is carried out and re-designated me as section officer in this department in clerical works. I observed the partiality in appointment period, recognition of qualification, promotion, pay scale upgradation and work allocation to chemists in department of geology and mining with respect to geologists. 1. In appointment chemists were posted after some years from the date of selection by TNPSC. 2. In promotion chemists were promoted after some period of delay and sometimes no promotion with reason of some silly things. 3. Recognition of higher qualification after recruitment is delayed or not recognized for promotion or increment. 4. Upgradation of grade pay from earlier pay of chemists to current grade pay geologists were not done. Now huge difference is there in level of pay from geologists to chemists in the same department with same cadre. 5. New work allocation in the department to chemists never help chemists to get promotion in chemistry field since the work is purely clerical. No chemical analysis was carried out in this department for long time and the chemists were allotted to help the geologist in clerical works. Now there is no assurance of common promotion or any growth in chemical field to these chemists since no base for growth. The chemists can’t apply to other central government opportunities with these clerical experience or face competencies with other candidates in job selection process or any chemical works. For example I have redesignated from chemist to section officer by the director of this department and I would lose many opportunities in central government jobs with null or zero experience in chemistry field with even PhD qualifications. By the same time I can not achieve any promotion from section officer with PhD in chemistry field and technical knowledge of chemistry. Finally I request you to consider my grievance and save the chemists from pathetic career situations.

Why not the corrupt people leaving the public office whether it is not reflection of insolence that they are asking a whistle blower to leave the office? Think about it so called honest people of this country that there is open corruption and you talk to eliminate corruption from the Government machinery.

Undoubtedly Tamilnadu Government it is traumatizing a public spirited staff because it dislikes his honesty and he is performing his duty honestly and providing good services to the government honestly but its corrupt staff is not liking the honesty of this public spirited individual so they are hatching conspiracy and finally suspended this is staff which is against the spirit of the Constitution of this country and action must be taken against the corrupt staff of the Tamilnadu Government who are acting arbitrarily by floating the all setup norms and taking under teeth the provisions of constitution of India which is ipso-facto obvious from their tyrannical approach in the dealings of the public functions.

उदाहरण के लिए, मैंने इस विभाग के निदेशक द्वारा रसायनज्ञ से अनुभाग अधिकारी के लिए नया स्वरूप दिया है और मैं पीएचडी योग्यता के साथ रसायन विज्ञान के क्षेत्र में के साथ केंद्र सरकार की नौकरियों में कई अवसरों को खो दूंगा। उसी समय तक मैं रसायन विज्ञान के क्षेत्र में पीएचडी और रसायन विज्ञान के तकनीकी ज्ञान के साथ अनुभाग अधिकारी से कोई पदोन्नति हासिल नहीं कर सकता। अंत में मैं आपसे अनुरोध करता हूं कि मेरी शिकायत पर विचार करें और रसायनज्ञों को दयनीय करियर स्थितियों से बचाएं।
