On number of occasions, Hon’ble Apex court of India stated that Right to reason is the indispensable part of sound judicial system and it is not only to be promoted in the judicial process but also in the bureaucratic function. Here dream of good governance is far away from us if we are overlooking right to reason in quasi judicial functions as well as in administrative function. In the following case aggrieved is submitting representations but competent authorities are not entertaining which reflection of lawlessness chaos and anarchy and action must be taken against those seated on the representation without telling proper reason.
