  2. Think about the gravity of the situation that how can government public functionaries may remain silent on the issue of cheque bounce. Truck owner is being cheated in the broad daylight and our public functionaries are mute spectators of it whether it is justified?

  3. Because of the corruption in the government machinery our society is going to be deformed and we are only mute spectators of it because our accountable public functionaries of the Government of India is not interested to curb this grown anarchy in our society which is due to the rampant corruption in the government machinery. There is no justice, available to the those whose rights have been deprived because of the action of the corrupt government functionaries. Think about the gravity of situation that in the post it is quite obvious that erring Transport Company don't want to pay the the fare of the truck and the truck owner is hopeless in order to seek justice in this anarchy. Whether it is reflection of good governance if not why our accountable public functionaries are falsely claiming to provide good governance to the citizens of this country which implies that they are misleading us and we should understand there ulterior design.
