Whether it is justified that Rs.100 recharge done to the wrong number by mistake may be procrastinated by the staffs of the Airtel Mobile company in reversing the process? Whether it is not an obligatory duty of staffs of the Airtel Mobile company to be instrumental in providing justice to its customer who suffered losses because of mistake in the entries filled with the Mobile number during the recharge. Whether it is not a bad message to society that a subscriber using those talk values to which he is not entitled to use? Whether Airtel Mobile company is not failed to protect the rights of its subscribers who are losers because of minute errors made by them and want to correct through the staffs of Airtel Mobile company but they show reluctance? Because of the reluctance of the staffs of the Airtel Mobile company, a genuine master of the money is deprived of the right to use his own money and customer who is not entitled becomes the master of the others money illegally. Whether the service providing companies like Airtel Mobile company are not accountable to safeguard the rights of consumers so that interest of their consumers may not be infringed under any circumstances? Whether minor mistake can make someone the master of the property of the other?

You have mistakenly recharged the wrong number 7318254272 instead of 7318254972. However, benefit(s) has been successfully credited to the said number which cannot be reversed from our end.

Please reverse the following transaction as made to a wrong number by mistake if support me as our act is the ipso facto obvious promotion to Airtel company.
The subscriber wrongly benefitted must not have an objection to it as the aforementioned transaction was merely human error.
                            If something by mistake is reached somewhere which does not imply the later is master as former is the genuine master of the article. Hon’ble Sir your applicant is the genuine master of Rs.100 which is mistakenly transferred to the account of the holder of airtel mobile number- Airtel Mobile 7318254272.
