Station officer Pankaj Yadav of Manihan police station and Chauki In-charge Bahnand Yadav of Dharahaa chauki collided with each other as chauki in-charge overlooked the direction of station officer. Whether this practice is good signal for society.

Hon’ble Sir -Another matter is concerned with victim-Baneeta, Village-Madeki , Police station-Lalganj , District-Mirzapur , State-Uttar Pradesh ,Age-11 years Tragic day-Sunday ,poor girl was defaced by criminals by throwing concentrate sulphuric acid/tejaab on her face. According to station officer of police station -Lalganj ,Mr. J. N.Yadav , he is waiting application on behalf of victim so that a case may be registered under appropriate section of Indian penal code against criminals. There is information that after tragic incidence , family members of the victim submitted application by name in the police station.
Local hospital referred the victim to Allahabad as face was badly damaged and condition was out of control. Whether F.I.R. Was lodged and any of criminals were arrested by the concerned police still remained a mystery.
With due respect your applicant wants to draw the kind attention of the Hon’ble Sir to the following submissions as follows.
1-It is submitted before the Hon’ble Sir that whether it is justified that two police officers may battle openly in police stations . What is the real cause of encounter is still unknown. In order to damage control mission , S. P. Mirzapur sent the lower rank officer to line hajir by taking action swiftly. In this case no enquiry was ordered and no report was sought as key post itself bored with the arbitrariness of subordinate staff. This is not first case but usually such cases are repeated in the district in one year.
2-It is submitted before the Hon’ble Sir that second case is the concern of your applicant which is sheer violation of human rights of the minor girl. This offence is barbaric and can’t be tolerated. This is humble request that offenders must be detained by the police as soon as possible and must be subjected to penal proceedings of law of land. God may save the poor girl.
3-It is submitted before the Hon’ble Sir that your applicant’s humble prayer is that police may not procrastinate in lodging F.I.R. in serious cases as this practice of police lowering the dignity of institution in the mind of common citizenry.
Hon’ble Sir matter is concerned with the House and land grabbing case in Mirzapur district concerned with the Thana-Jigna .
Victim Rajendra Kumar Singh sought the point-wise information from S.P. Office Mirzapur which would be furnished by additional S. P. City who is the Public Information Officer of S.P. Office Mirzapur.
This is humble request of your applicant to you Hon’ble Sir that It can never be justified to overlook the rights of citizenry by delivering services in arbitrary manner by floating all set up norms. This is sheer mismanagement which is encouraging wrongdoers to reap benefit of loopholes in system and depriving poor citizens from right to justice. Therefore it is need of hour to take concrete steps in order to curb grown anarchy in the system. For this your applicant shall ever pray you Hon’ble Sir.
