Subject: RE: PENDING CPGRAM COMPLAINT OF YOGI M P SINGH
Dear Sir,
In terms of your complaint our advices are as under,
Despite your complaints are always vague, never in specific manner,  we are submitting that,
i)                    All the service charges are pre defined for whole bank, and not variable with situation/ beneficiary etc., always available in Public Domain, to the choice of services for each customer. This had been communicated to you in all our previous communications.
ii)                   We presume that Rs.413.00 (commission amount charged in lieu of INB transaction made on different dated) has been debited against transaction made by you personally, through Internet Banking using “Citrus Payment Solutions of India” platform with INB ID & password. If anything contrary of above you report it separately, we will handle the matter as who had used your INB facility, accordingly.
iii)                 With reference to the “disproportionate charging of commission by State Bank of India from the poor students” we are dealing here individual customer wise and not the whole society. So we are unable to reply in the matter.
iv)                 Detail of transaction from 18th December, 2016 to 24th December, 2016 is attached.
Yours Faithfully
CM (Admin)

Hon’ble staff of state bank of India according to you We presume that Rs.413.00 (commission amount charged in lieu of INB transaction made on different dated) has been debited against transaction made by you personally, through Internet Banking using “Citrus Payment Solutions of India” platform with INB ID & password. If anything contrary of above you report it separately, we will handle the matter as who had used your INB facility, accordingly.

Only demand is -online receipt made available online by S.B.I. MUST contain service charges also and cryptic service charges/transaction charges must not be allowed. We prefer transparent and accountable dealings.
Why are you not focussed on providing details of those transactions in regard of which you deducted Rs.413.00 in the name of citrus payment solutions? In regard to your first point reply ,your applicant responds as -since you are not pursuing itself what is predefined consequently caused these comlaints by your applicant. How much surprising in regard to redress  of grievance you inviting specific grience but in third point ,joint public interest being overlooked by you in the name of specific dealing. Please take the perusal of earlier submitted grievance. What ever statistics  made available by S.B.I. AS ATTACHMENT is the few transaction detail made after the citrus payment solutions deduction which is misleading .

WHEN the state bank of India levied service charges on those transactions on which according to website ,transaction  service charges are nil and even receipt is disclosing service charges zero, then why did it deduct Rs.12 per transaction as well as why it deducted from account of your applicant huge commission  Rs.413.00? in the name of citrus payment solutions. Public functionaries are not tiring in glorifying it pseudo anti corruption crusade but always tired in asking S.B.I. to include the service charges  in the online receipts of transactions.

When the transaction charges are nil ,then why after 24 hours of payment ,INB commission is deducted from the account  arbitrarily by the state bank of India.  Whether this is not large scale evasion of tax and great damages to public exchequer by the state bank of India.  Whatever transaction receipt made available by the state bank of India shows the transaction charges zero but actually not.
With due respect your applicant wants to draw the kind attention of the Hon’ble Sir to the following submissions as follows.

please take a glance of following transaction and commission levied on them.

Few receipts are attached with this representation explicitly  manifesting the transaction charges zero but actually not so.
2-It is submitted before the Hon’ble Sir that please take a glance of attached documents with this representation explicitly  showing transaction charges zero but actually not as obvious from submissions 1.
3-It is submitted before the Hon’ble Sir that S.B.I. Levied the commission Rs.413.00  in the name of Citrus Payment Solutions  and now they are saying that We presume that Rs.413.80 has been debited against transaction made by you personally, through Internet Banking using “Citrus Payment Solutions of India” platform with INB ID & password . When S.B.I. charged commission for every transaction ,then why at latter stage so huge commission was deducted? Why they are not providing transaction detail causing huge commission  Rs.413.00?My allegations against S.B.I. Staffs and concerned still continued as they had done nothing in order to redress the grievance of your applicant .
4-It is submitted before the Hon’ble Sir that whether it is not corruption that during the transaction it/website SBI shows zero service charges if payment made through Internet Banking and debit card  but after payment ,24 hours latter Rs.12 is deducted. Whether for such tiny payment/EXAM FEE  a student will commence the job of internet bankingWhether for the such huge commission collected in the name of promoting internet banking , state bank of India provides tax to the government of India if not why accountable public functionaries of government of India is not taking action against the staffs of income tax department.
5-It is submitted before the Hon’ble Sir that when bank has already levied the service charges even on failed transactions and didn’t refund back to account of your applicant  ,then how can it charge so huge commission from the account of your applicant arbitrarily.
This is humble request of your applicant to you Hon’ble Sir that It can never be justified to overlook  the rights of citizenry by delivering services in arbitrary manner by floating all set up norms. This is sheer mismanagement which is encouraging wrongdoers to reap benefit of loopholes in system and depriving poor citizens from right to justice. Therefore it is need of hour to take concrete steps in order to curb grown anarchy in the system. For this your applicant shall ever pray you Hon’ble Sir.
                                                                 Yours  sincerely
