Idea port Mobile number 9336252631 ,total balance Rs.28 one week earlier but now only 90 paise and your applicant have done only two SMS. Where is gone these talk values? Here main question is about mentality of the staff of erring company.

2-It is submitted before the Hon’ble Sir that if the SMS sent failed , then how can company charge the consumer for failed S.M.S. ? By not sending the sms first company increased the quantum of trouble now charging for failed S.M.S. which is sheer unjustified.
3-It is submitted before the Hon’ble Sir that Idea company may provide detail how the company deducted the Rs. 28 from account of your applicant. Your applicant already submitted grievance through its account and they assured redressal within48 hours but after one week ,they did nothing.
                                    
This is humble request of your applicant to you Hon’ble Sir that It can never be justified to overlook  the rights of citizenry by delivering services in arbitrary manner by floating all set up norms. This is sheer mismanagement which is encouraging wrongdoers to reap benefit of loopholes in system and depriving poor citizens from right to justice. Therefore it is need of hour to take concrete steps in order to curb grown anarchy in the system. For this your applicant shall ever pray you Hon’ble Sir.

  1. It is submitted before the Hon'ble Sir that Idea company may provide detail how the company deducted the Rs. 28 from account of your applicant. Your applicant already submitted grievance through its account and they assured redressal within 48 hours but after one week ,they did nothing.

  2. Why will subscriber send messages repeatedly. Since the messages failed in reaching the destination because of defective service of companies so company may return back the illegally deducted amount.
