The matter is concerned with the I Kall NS Tablet (7-inch Display,2 GB RAM, 16 GB ROM, 4G + LTE + Voice Calling White colour) purchased by the applicant in the month of August 2019 quite obvious from the date of order and the date of the invoice attached to the representation. Ifso facto obvious that order was made on 04 Augusta 2019 while the invoice was also made and the same date. It is most unfortunate that numerous lines are appearing on the screen of the tablet when it is switched on and one line permanently appears on the screen and such defects came within 3 months of the date of purchase. It is quite obvious from the attached documents that applicant/consumer has paid 4500 rupees to the seller through the Amazon online shopping and tablet became dysfunctional within 3 months from the date of purchase whether it is Justified? Undoubtedly you are not frightening with the public functionaries but at least feel the presence of God who is the greatest judge and witness of every event.
Most revered Sir –Your applicant invites the kind attention of Hon’ble Sir with due respect to the following submissions as follows.
1-It is submitted before the Hon’ble Sir that Undoubtedly company concerned has provided a warranty of one year but how can it be justified that in the name of warranty it may provide third-grade product to the consumers as being done by the earring company. Quality cannot be compensated through warranty.
2-It is submitted before the Hon’ble Sir that  Here either the erring company may refund the Total Paid amount by the consumer or get exchanged this third-grade product through genuine one. In the name of warranty whether a consumer can be pressed to travel from one Consumer service Center to the other Consumer service Center as being done by the concerned erring company.
3-It is submitted before the Hon’ble Sir that  Weather once the product was sold and Company took its price then its duty is over or before selling it must ensure that it is providing a genuine product to the consumer which will remain stable for specific period of time but here within 3 months it became so defective that it doesn’t seem that more than 6 months it will run. Here sold product is not conforming the setup norms, therefore, must be exchanged by a genuine one.
This is a humble request of the applicant to you Hon’ble Sir that how can it be justified to withhold public services arbitrarily and promote anarchy, lawlessness, and chaos in an arbitrary manner by making the mockery of law of land? This is the need of the hour to take harsh steps against the wrongdoer in order to win the confidence of citizenry and strengthen the democratic values for healthy and prosperous democracy. For this, your applicant shall ever pray you, Hon’ble Sir.

How can it be justified that concerned tablet company may provide the tablet of 1GB RAM at the place of tablet of 2GB RAM whether it is justified and now they are saying that again send the tablet so that we may send a tablet of 2GB RAM whether it is not encroachment of the consumer rights that company is harassing the consumers through such cryptic dealings?

It is most ridiculous that concerned I Kall Tablet company provided tablet one GB Ram at the place of two GB ram which quite unjustified and showing negligence of the concerned staffs of the company. Such negligence is the well planned strategy to cheat the consumers. Such illegal practices easily proliferated by taking the concerned government staffs in the good faith. Where is justice?
