Grievance Details : Grievance Number: 2075209 Grievance Reg Date: 2020-06-24 23:03:04 Undoubtedly now matter is concerned with cheating. Whatever electronic item delivered on the date-07-July-2020 was repaired by the staffs of the company and it was not functioning properly and customer care of the company talked me on my mobile phone itself regarding the status of the default tablet repaired by company, then I told my troubles to him, he told me to arrange pickup with assurance to replace the tablet abruptly as earlier was out of use and two days latter tablet was picked up by the courier agent. Now whatever report was attached by them is surprising as they have delivered the tablet on seventh July 2020 undoubtedly true but same was picked up by courier agent for the replacement which is still awaited by the applicant. Undoubtedly customer care misled the NCH through such a misleading report which is tantamount to cheating. An F.I.R. must be lodged to ensure accountability.

Grievance Details : The matter is concerned with the I Kall WiFi Tablet with Keyboard (7 Inch Display, 2GB Ram, 16GB Internal Storage) – White purchased by the applicant on 30-Jan-2020 and delivered on 04-Feb-2020 quite obvious from the date of order and the date of the invoice attached to the representation. Ipso facto obvious that order was made on 30-Jan-2020 while the invoice was also made and the same date. It is most unfortunate that numerous lines are appearing on the screen of the tablet when it is switched on and one line permanently appears on the screen and such defects came within 3 months of the date of purchase and now Tablet is not completing starting. It is quite obvious from the attached documents that applicant/consumer has paid 2579 rupees to the seller through the Amazon online shopping and tablet became dysfunctional within 3 months from the date of purchase whether it is Justified? Undoubtedly you are not frightening with the public functionaries but at least feel the presence of God who is the greatest judge and witness of every event.

Undoubtedly Modi government must curb the illegal activities of these companies which are making making easy prey to the innocent and gullible citizenry. It seems that these people are working in caucus with the corrupt government functionaries and such activities have blessings of political masters of this country.Here good governance is only on paper and for only election rhetoric but the fact is that we are living in the complete anarchy.

Whether lackadaisical approach of the government functionaries to the grievances of the public is justified? Whether replacement was ensured if not why concerned erring company misled the national consumer helpline as well as aggrieved applicant?
As stated in the grievance. Now whatever report was attached by them is surprising as they have delivered the tablet on seventh July 2020 undoubtedly true but same was picked up by courier agent for the replacement which is still awaited by the applicant.

These disputes are created because of the promises made during the purchase of the item is not fulfilled by the company staff and disputes are risen. because of corruption in the government machinery 20 manufacturing companies pressurized to pay illegal gratification show so they are so frustrated that it they hand over their frustration to the consumers.

They must follow the terms and conditions whatever promised by them during the purchase of the item. If they had promised two GB memory in the tablet then they have to provide 2GB memory but they provided only one gb memory which is the mockery of the consumer protection act.
